TinyDeal Direct Online Store product not delivered

I bought a pair of iPhone charger-cases in February 2018 and after waiting for 5 months, contacted them. Now it's November 2018.
They never answered NONE of dozens of emails and messages (through their site) I sent them. None.
They are not even pretending to help me. The cases never arrived, they don't acknowledge my emails.
But my credit card was dutyfully charged in Februrary.
Do NOT buy from TinyDeal. They're a scam site!

TinyDeal Direct Online Store ripoff

Do not trust this seller (Try any other)

I purchased a pair of earbuds from tinydeal long story short. Including "fast delivery" 6 weeks later, i'm stuck with a faulty product and no response from the seller.

I've always purchased products from chinese resellers and normally I seek to find if the reseller is trustworthy or not, my mistake, this time I decided to trust the seller without doing any research.

1st: product was delivered with great delay even though "fast delivery" was payed for.

2nd: the product was eventually delivered and turned out to be faulty from day one.

3rd: seller has called this situation a change of mind and offers no more responses, any other query has been ignored.

In conclusion this is the worst chinese seller i've come across, there any many great seller who don't rip-off their customers. Do not trust this seller as mentioned in the title try any other.

TinyDeal Direct Online Store no integrity

I ordered a xiaomi smartphone and several items. After one week the order was still under processing and their customer service decided to ignore me. I sent them tons of emails and always got back automatic answers stating that I have to wait. Then I found out that what I ordered wasn't in stock. Then why did you advertise those items if you had no opportunity to send them? Why did they take my order and charge me for it if initially there was nothing to send? I spent lots of days to convince them to refund. But what they do is gross.

TinyDeal Direct Online Store They don't follow their refund policy

In short:
When I got the phone, I wasn't satisfied.
It's not compatible with north american 3g cellular networks.
I followed the "Return Unsatisfied Products" policy (found at https://help.tinydeal.com/shipping-and-returns), and asked for a FULL REFUND, as stated in the policy.
I have contacted the company through email, and was asked to send the phone over to them. I did it on my expense.
emails went back and forth since, and I asked for the refund at least 5 more times.
They didn't refund. lately they even stopped replying to the emails.

More details:
I have ordered this phone (order # 8270065703610001894816) on 7/22/2016. I received it on 8/28/2016.
I then discovered that the phone doesn't support Canadian 3G networks (and other US networks, as well). Unfortunately, it is not designed to support those networks. That put my as an unsatisfied customer.
I went to their site (https://help.tinydeal.com/shipping-and-returns), and found the following policy:

"Return Unsatisfied Products

If you are unsatisfied with the items you purchased, then just return it within 5 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange. If the defection is not a result of our fault, customers will be required to cover shipping costs both ways.
And please make sure the items you send back to us is in the original packaging, and the merchandise is in the same and good condition.
The return address and shipping fee, please contact our CS staff to further confirm it."

I have completely followed this procedure, and sent everything in the original packaging by the first week of Sep-2016.
I have notified their CS with a copy of the shipment note I got at Canada Post, and asked for the refund (again).
A few weeks later I got a notification that the phone was received. I was asked (again) to describe the "problem" with the phone. I asked again for the refund, since I didn't report any damage. I am just unsatisfied.

Then they started different tactics, that varied from ignoring my requests, offering me a "compensation" of 20$, asking me to sell the phone locally, or saying that they can't refund me since they don't have the device.
At that point I replied that I am not sending the phone again on my expense. I will resend the phone right after I'll see the refund, including one shipment cost.
Then they just disappeared.
I even tried to call the phones they have in their site. In their "about us" page (see at https://help.tinydeal.com/about-us), at the bottom, they have these phones:

The Chinese company doesn't answer, even during weekdays local work hours, whereas the American company phone led me to the IRS automatic answering service.

here's a quote from an email I sent them, that summarizes their behavior regarding this matter.
It wasn't the last one, but it summarizes the past negotiations with them.
the email was sent on Nov-22, after they claimed to have missed my previous mail with the refund request:
"To: 'TinyDeal Direct (menglin)'
Subject: RE: FW: fxj-[protected], Received Returned Item #8270065703610001894816, GC6570361

Dear Elena,

The request for refund was repeated several times during our case.
For some of the emails you even replied, which means that you got the refund request!

According to my local times:
The 1st time I asked for full refund was on Aug-29. You replied on Aug-30.
The 2nd time I asked for it was on Sep-2nd. You replied on Sep-3rd.
The 3rd time I asked for it was on Sep-5th, after I shipped it back to you. You didn’t reply.
The 4th time I asked for it, was on Oct-23. It was a reply to your mail from Oct-22.
In that mail you asked me to tell you again what is the problem with the phone, because you have to tell the manufacturer.
You must have received this mail, in order to tell the factory what’s wrong with it. Otherwise they couldn’t do any effective fix.

So, If I ask for the same thing 4 times, and you saw it at least 3 times (including the last one), I think that should have been enough.
I still want the full refund. Consider this request as the 5th time.

I didn’t test the “fixed” phone, and I don’t see a reason to do it. I have a new phone, and the fixed one is not suitable for me. As I said before, regarding this phone I am simply “not satisfied”, and you should treat me according to this protocol.

In addition, as I mentioned in my previous message, I already paid 51$ just to send it to you in September, and I’m not paying for another shipment.
I also don’t want to spend any effort or time to resell the phone locally, and I also don’t know what price I could get for it. So, I don’t think that this is an acceptable option.

I wish also to mention once more that I am a long term loyal customer of your site.
Resolving this matter to my satisfaction, will certainly mean more business for you in the future.

My suggestion to you is:
a. You refund me immediately, 219 CAD.
in return, I will not tell this story on any social network.
b. If you want the phone back – you refund me the shipment as well (additional 51$). And I will ship it ASAP.
51$ is the lowest possible shipping cost. When I sent you the email on Sep-5th I attached the shipment proof, and you can see the price there.
c. If you don’t want the phone back – this is of course your choice.
In that case, I am free to do anything with it, including reselling it, as a compensation for the trouble and mistreatment in this case.

If you want to discuss the solution, we may continue emailing, or you may also contact me over the phone.

TinyDeal Direct Online Store Total scam.. Stay away

Please guys stay away from this company
they will rip your money off!
I had two undelivered orders since months
when I contacted them, they blocked my account and refuse to negotiate with me..after I threatened them to expose this online..they offered me to restore my account but take my refund points off!
I had all emails between me and them backed up AND I will expose their dirtiness to many people as I can

"i make orders for china very often and I was satisfied until I met tiny deals. I bought a smartphone from their germany warehouse at 9/11 with an estimate time of 3-7 days and a month later and many emails at the beginning the only I got from them is 'be patient my friend' never a serious answer to my questions and when I asked for my money back they now don't even answer to my mails. TinyDeal Direct Online Store My order got lost

I bought a lot of things from TinyDeal and they made a lot mistakes, but each time they fixed everything. That's why I continued buying from them. Last time I ordered everything was worse than ever!
My order got lost and no one can tell me where it is! I did not receive a tracking number, customer service is absolutely useless. All they can say is how sorry they are and that there is nothing they can do. I don't think I'll buy anything from them again.

TinyDeal Direct Online Store Unacceptable and unreasonable refund policy

Tiny Deal original order #6280064519800002730530
At my own cost, I returned my tablet to Tiny Deal when it failed completely after only 13 days operation. When it received the item, Tiny Deal asked me for US$39 to “replace a part”. I'd cracked the edge of the glass screen cover removing the battery at Tiny Deal's direction during troubleshooting, so paid the money reluctantly. When I removed the battery, I noticed that it consisted of 2, 3.7v cells, each rated at about 4500mah, in series, since the tablet operated at 7.4v. Tiny Deal had claimed a battery capacity of 9000mah in its specification section, but this would only be correct if the tablet operated on 3.7v. I'd bought from Tiny Deal, even though it was more expensive than similar sites, because it seemed to have a larger battery, so this was the first piece of misleading advertising.

Tiny Deal estimated a repair time for my tablet at 20 days. I contacted it after 2 months silence, only to be told that my tablet was not repairable and had been scrapped. Tiny Deal had not bothered to tell me this until I contacted it. I was given 3 options:

1) A repaired tablet with no warranty
2) Credit towards a new item
3) A PARTIAL refund

Given the dreadful customer service (the resolution process was now in its third month), I chose a partial refund. Tiny Deal's warranty T&C's states

“Detail: If the product turns out to be defective within 180 days from the date of shipment, and customer returns the product to us, please note the return shipping costs will be on your sole responsibility. We will pay the shipping fees that we resend the products to you by Regular airmail. However, depreciation fees and/or handling fees is needed for replacement or refund. “

The problem is in the last sentence. There is no schedule of percentage refund versus failure time. In my case, the product failed completely 13 days into its 180 day warranty period, and the refund I received was only 25% of my original cost plus the US$39 referred to above. Having accepted Tiny Deal's T&C's there was little that I could do but accept the offered refund. However, on any measure, the amount is completely unreasonable. There are similar Chinese companies with far more generous policies when an item fails within a warranty period. This is a warning to avoid Tiny Deal at all costs and seek out companies with reasonable policies when a purchased item fails within the warranty period, written into their Terms and Conditions.

TinyDeal Direct Online Store Nothing received!

I've placed an order with TinyDeal and did not receive anything. I even contacted the shipping company and they confirmed that they never received anything from TinyDeal!
When I contacted TinyDeal customer service and demanded some explanation, they said that my order was shipped a long time ago and that it was no longer their responsibility. They said that I have to deal with the shipping company.
Then I emailed PayPal and they promised to deal with TinyDeal. But they were not able to do anything because these thieves kept lying they sent my order!
I lost my money thanks to these clowns! Never again!

next time please take their aramex shipping option with tracking.. i got mine in 7 days and the shipping cost for a phone is roughly around $2 only via aramex.

TinyDeal Direct Online Store Faulty Products and bad service

Tiny Deal is no deal.
First off all of the stuff here is of third rate Chinese manufacture.

Second If you have to return an item you will find that the postage due will exceed to cost of your item in most cases.

Third If you receive a defective product you will have to give various hard to find numbers pictures and even VIDEOS to show that it doesn't work.

After the finally accept your claim they try to play lets make a deal to get more money,

My example,
I purchased a $17 item when it finally arrived (3 weeks) it was dead wouldn't do anything I contacted the company and after trading emails supplied various numbers, pictures and a video showing the unit and how it did not work at all.
After the company reviewed this info they agreed that the unit was defective and they would replace it if I sent them an additional $8 to cover postage for a new one. I stated that I would pay the $8 on the condition that they sent me a working unit first and upon it working properly I would pay the postage. They replied that I had to pay them first. I asked why I should pay first and possibly get another bad unit? They said that they would check it first and make sure it was operating. I said the when I purchased the first one it was supposed to be checked according to your ad.

At this point communication stopped and I have opened a case with PayPal to get my money back.

This has been a huge waste of time on a item that wasn't worth the original price to begin with.

I have purchased several items from Tiny Deal all of which after short periods of time stopped working and were thrown away ...don't ask why I bought from them again ...stupid I guess. Will NOT buy anything from Tiny Deal or even look at any of their ads.

BUYER BEWARE THIS IS NOT WORTH YOUR DOLLARS OR TIME.

TinyDeal Direct Online Store Shop elsewhere.

Great place to lose your hard earned money. I ordered several items from this store a long time ago and never received anything. My order was placed back in February and it seems I'll never get what I paid for. I contacted TinyDeal many times and every time they said that my order was on its way and that it will arrive soon. How soon? Have been waiting for over 4 moths and I really doubt that I'll get something. Shop elsewhere.

TinyDeal Direct Online Store Tronfy 4k tv box - don't ever buy from them

I ordered the BOX and payment been done at the same time by paypal on 26-11-2015 the box araved in 02-12-2015, The box have no respond by the remote control altho the remote is working fine, the box have no ant respond with the TV (no signal) the only respond id the switch on the box the light goes blue the turn red again by its self, the sits is refusing to refund me even I sent a video of the products explaining the problem, they demanding me to pay the cost and tax of sending back the box to them for repairing. Please everyone be careful with this site.

TinyDeal Direct Online Store Poor Customer Service and No Product Knowledge

TinyDeal site is very misleading. If one go to the "Chat" on the top right screen of the website it gives you two options. One to chat with the team about certain product before buying the products and second one is to email the customer support to find out about your order. Today, I try to ask them about the product and also if there is spare parts on the product so I can decide. What the person on the chat did immediate was send me a link to email their support team. Well, I guess they do not want any business from my end. In summary, if you have doubt about the product you want to check before buying it is better to look some where else and not waste your time. The reason I am saying this because you might be getting something that might not be what you are looking for since the team can't even provide support on the product they sell.

Real cheaters in selling false promises (Scams)

Ho acquistato uno smartphone, con la presunzione che sarei andato sul sicuro,
Perchè ho acquistato l'articolo pagando con paypal, che assicura in caso di prodotto malfunzionanti, oppure che non arrivano addirittura, acquisto è aspetto seguo il tracking.
In realtà il pacco lo vedo arrivare alla malpensa ma dopo qualche giorno ritorna in olanda da dove era partito.Allora faccio il reclamo a paypal per prodotto non ricevuto.
Mi tengono in ballo ancora un mese, intanto ho perso le tracce del pacco, in questi giorni mi hanno chiuso l'indagine scrivendomi che il venditore aveva presentato i documenti della spedizione, ho scritto di presentarli anche a me che sono il diretto interessato, ma nulla non si sona fatti più sentire, quelli di tinydeal sono dei venditori poco seri, è un eufemismo. Ma paypal è scesa agli stessi livelli. Perciò non fidatevi neanche delle garanzie di paypal, loro prendono le percentuali sul malaffare perciò non muovono un dito

TinyDeal Direct Online Store TinyDeal - Refusal to fully refund a non-delivered purchase

I purchased 2 phones (Laude S800) with accessories from TinyDeal.
The whole deal was about $200.
I waited more than 45 days and did not receive the package.
I asked them to help me find it; after some correspondence TinyDeal told me that the package is stuck in customs. After about 2 more weeks they said it's on hold (what this means?)
No additional explanations; no direct answers to my direct questions.
It seems like they do not really read my letters. They answer just what is convenient for them.

At last I asked to get my money back.
TinyDeal agreed to refund only 90% of the paid money.
It's most obvious that it's their fault, and I don't really understand how they dare, after 45 days that I did not get the package, to deduct any money, instead actually compensate me.

Needless to say that all my e-mails in this regard were answered as always: No matter what I write, they answer whatever is on their mind, i.e. without reference to what I wrote.

To summarize: I suggest to avoid buying from this store at all. If you do buy there - at least use PayPal to try and protect your purchase and money (though you know that PayPal is not 100% protecting.)
