Hello, I have recently made a purchase and subscribed to the wrong one! I really need to get this money refunded ASAP. I also think that you need to make it more clear that a monthly subscription actually comes out in one payment and not monthly like it appears on the site.
I've tried to make contact through various routes and getting no reply.
Also I think you need to have a good clear out from time to time to try and find out who's genuine or not!!
