Teleflora / I bought a garden basket from Teleflora

I've purchased a lovely garden basket from Teleflora and it was not delivered. My money was taken and when I contacted them they refused to refund me.
The worst part was when they said that they did not receive the payment. I checked my card transactions and it was clearly showed that Teleflora got them money. But they said that they can't deliver my order because I did not pay for it. I contacted them every day and spoke with different reps but no one was able to help. I don't understand why did they do that to me, that was not fair and a bad thing to do. I knew they were lying but I wasn't able to prove anything.
