Tata Sky / tata sky connection
Tata sky is resolving complaints without attending t it. I had a complaint raised on Jan 4, 2019.
Prior to that on Jan 2, 2019 that was resolved without my consent.
Nov 20 and Nov 4, 2018 which was of interrupted connection.
They took more than 2 weeks for relocation reinstallation and the first Service Engineer they sent was corrupt who was asking for installation of cables from the tooftop when it was possible for him to install it from another point without extra cables. However, the second Service Engineer (sent after 10 days) installed it without extra cables. They unnecessarily cut the relocation amount when I qualified for free relocation with the premium pack and while refund cut service charge for the same.
I have not been receiving correct signal for 2.5 months now and they are least bothered about complaint resolution. I will also like to mention that their service was impeccable in Mumbai and Thane. However, post coming to Bangalore from May, I am facing issues with their customer service. Whether its a premier customer or not, they do not bother on the basics of service i.e. installing or signal resolution. Not worth the premium charges they take for providing cable connectivity
