Taco Bell food/customer service

I went to your location at 125 route101A, Amherst NH. shortly after 10 am. I had a very simple order. 4 soft shells steak taco supremes and a large drink. There was only 1 car in front of the but i waited well over 10 minutes. When the service rep (Anthony C according to the receipt) finally came the the phone he immediately told me to wait. And there i waited for about 5 minutes. I know they are not busy because there is no line behind me and the parking lot is pretty much deserted. I told him i had a simple order and he stopped me. Not sure why. He made me wait a few more minutes then had me start over. I asked for my four soft shell steak taco supremes and he stopped me again. "so you want crunchy or soft?". I'd already answered that several times but maybe this one would do the trick. I had to wait again. "and is that crunchy or soft" Are you seriously kidding me right now. SOFT. "ok so we got 3 wait no that's not right 4 soft steak tacos." Yes i repeated but they are all supremes. "yeah got ya come around" Typically after an experience like that i would have immediately checked the order However taco bell orders are difficult to check. The paper wrappers barely contains them and if you do open them up stuffing usually falls out everywhere making a huge mess. but with the excessive time i took there was now a long line waiting behind me and i didn't want to make them suffer. I get home about 20 minutes later. the food is ice cold, usually it would have been at least luke warm. i called the store [protected] to let them know how unhappy i was. no one answered the phone. I called 4 times over 2 days. I don't like going over someone's head but between my hormones and my kids being hungry I had to write this. I don't expect much in back. But I do absolutely deserved to be compensated for what I went through

Taco Bell the wait time for food.

My husband was just at 6815 Bander Rd, Taco Bell, and the service was horrible. He waited almost 40 min on the car line to get his order and there were only 4 cars ahead of him. I don't know if the employees are school kids and don't care about the customer, but it is not good for Taco Bell. If I were you I would look into your employees and how they are doing they job.

Thanks in advance for your help in this matter, we like Taco Bell food and would hate to stop patronizing your business for lack of good service.

Taco Bell bean burritos and drink order

Spent over 10 min in line watching multiple cars return bags of food through window. Had to repeat order 3 times then was finally told to "pull up for total" was missing sides of nacho cheese. Get home was given some "ranchero" looking Sauce not cheese. Was given Pepsi and not the root beer I ordered . I live 30 min from the nearest Taco Bell so going back was not an option

Taco Bell very poor customer service and calling a customer a liar in front of others

In regards to an employee calling my girlfriend a liar and asked to apologize and manager laughing about same while doing nothing. Incorrect order and lack of customer service. All this was said in front of other customers as well. Happened on [protected] at approximately 305pm order # was #225.

Taco Bell uncleanliness and over charged

My husband and I went into the restaurant today [protected]. When we walked in it smell clean and the restrooms were clean but the food prep area was filthy. After seeing this we still proceeded to order against our better judgment. There was a cashier and another young lady whom was Counting her cash draw. I walked up to them and said you guys need to clean that mess up before someone you don't want to come shows up. The young lady counting her draw and the one who laughed told me we already passed inspection today then proceeded to count her draw. After my husband I finished eating I went up to the counter to receive a refund on the items I was not given on our order
and to take a picture of their filth. The cashier called the manager. I waited while she was assisting another customer. Then the other young lady comes while off the clock and half picks up the mess. I was looking at the manager and the cashier talking I told her never mind and to give me the cover for the food I had. The manager walks up to the counter I told her never mind I'll deal with corporate. Her response was we are not under corporate. I then told her you are still under a franchise. The manage tells me to have a nice day with sarcasm. This young lady who was counting her cash draw laughed out loud. I told her it wasn't going to be that funny when I send them my complaint and picture. My understanding I received from this location it's ok to walk over filth. And any complaint a customer may have will not go any further because it's a franchise store. Customer Service skills are not there at all. You are getting this letter because I told the manager the order was wrong from the beginning but my husband is not a fan of sending food back. But I still want my Refund. I didn't have the energy to deal with a manager that lacks management skills.

Taco Bell service & employees

For one the place is filthy every table needed cleaned and all the employees where in the back laughing and carrying on and making customers wait at the counter. One employee was crushing ice in a plastic bag for her Red Bull drink when elderly couple was patiently waiting to order finally she moved and had someone take the order. The employee that was crushing ice on the counter was dropped off by a younger lady and two kids and she made slush drinks and gave them free and also kept handing them free food one item at a time, I paid for mine and it should be that way for them. Besides all the tables being filthy there was spilled dry up soda all over the counter and soda machine most of them empty, I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant as that taco bell in charleston off of st. Andrews something needs to be done or buisness will fall the kitchen was horrible I about didn't eat mine won't go back for awhile discuss me that bad, this is my first time ever to complain on a restaurant, so it had to be bad thank-you for your time.

Taco Bell breakfast naked egg taco and breakfast burrito

SAVE YOUR MONEY! These absolutely tasteless offerings are the worst items on the menu. No flavor whatsoever. I wanted to try what I thought was going to be great, but what a disappointment. Plus you can only buy 10 each day as that is " the number we take out of the freezer each morning". We had 15 people who wanted to try the naked egg taco but couldn't buy that many. So we went with breakfast burritos. 3 different kinds. Again totally without any flavor. Bland, bland, bland. I say again, SAVE YOUR MONEY and get a Jack in the Box ultimate breakfast sandwich

Taco Bell Drive-thru employee

I just returned home from the Taco Bell in Coppell, TX (N. Denton Tap Road). I ordered an Orange Cream Pop slushie (said those exact words), in addition to 4 items of food. My total was $7.12. The guy at the window handed me a green slushie drink- I stated, "That is not what I ordered b/c my daughter can't have Mountain Dew- that's too much caffeine for her (she's too young)"; This guy looked at me as if this eyes were going to POP out of his head. He then brought me the Orange Cream Pop slushie - THAT I oringally ORDERED- and said, "Ma'am look at your receipt, it says 'The Blast', ' so that is what you ordered!" Hello, just because you put that on the receipt, doesnt' mean I ordered it." He just HAD TO BE RIGHT- no matter what b/c he ARGUED with me even AFTER I told him just that." He then slammed the window and immediately turned his back to the outside. I LAYED my car horn down and he finalllyyyyyy came back to the window. I told him, " I need your Manager or the Owner's business card ASAP; a Manager came to the window & I told her but she also didn't seem to give 'two _____." NEVER have I seen such an old, rude, obstinate Employee anywhere. I am repulsed by this man who thought he could even talk to a customter in such a manner. EVERYONE in customer service knows that the customer is always RIGHT ( and I actually am right!). I will NEVER come back to this Taco Bell ever. Shockingly rediculous in hindsight.

Taco Bell service, food and restaurant staff

Last visit was Saturday 4/28 around 5pm at the Speedway, IN store on Crawfordsville Rd. We placed a pick up order via the app and ONCE AGAIN the whole order was wrong and we had to call and go all the way back ONCE AGAIN. Stuff we pay extra for (extra meat, extra cheese, add sour cream etc) was not on the food. I said no beans and they give us extra beans. Food just sloppy and cold. No mild, fire and hot sauce we asked for, no plastic silverware, 2 napkins for 6 items The manager was rude when I called. We have this experience EveryTime we order from here! Its ridiculous and unacceptable! We went back for the 2nd order and it was WRONG AGAIN! Get this place together!

Taco Bell 3 fill up boxes

Went inside last night (4/28/18) for dinner for myself and my family. I ordered 2 Chalupa fill up boxes and 1 triple melt box and I asked for onions on all my tacos in 1 of the Chalupa boxes and only 1 had onions. All of our tacos were cold and the tomatoes were mushy and gross. our Chalupa tacos were so hard they were hard to eat. Very disappointed in our meals with what they cost.

Taco Bell taco supreme

Taco Supremes way under the standard. I worked at taco bell in North Attleboro MA in 1984, I remember making Taco Supreme's and the work Supreme was applicable, I think I remember the recipe, 2z meat, 1 pump of sour cream from the thing that looked like a caulking gun, 2z lettuce, 1z cheese, 2z diced tomato, am I close? Look at this picture, either the staff that made these taco's was having an off day or this franchisee is intentionally ignoring the taco bell franchisee spec's, either way these taco's were way short of supreme.

Taco Bell customer service

My family and I walked in to taco bell being greeted by one of the employee's Viviana T that was very nice. She greeted us with a smile and ver polite. Next to her was the "manager" which at the time we were unaware she was the manager and she had a very unfriendly just looked at us and dogged us out as if it bothered her she was at work. Our order was taken and we then proceeded to take a seat. Our order was called when my brother got up and picked up an order of 12 box tacos. Our order also included 4 crunchy tacos when we realized they were not given to us. I then got up to let our cashier Viviana know that the 4 additional tacos were not given to us. She then relayed the information to thr cookes when they said they were given to us. One of the cookes said someone had already taken them. I informed them the only thing that was taken was the 12 pack taco box. Then among the employees they started to whisper regarding the tacos which I did not appreciate. I will not make a big deal over 4 tacos if they were given to us. They then called the manager " Elida" which was very very rude to the point I could not beleive she was the manager. She asked me what had happen and at that point I was very frustrated with the situation and I proceeded to tell her that I would rather not speak with her and I would like to file a formal complaint. I just feel since the begining we were not welcomed and I dont feel that is great customer service. If this business wants to suceed they need to educate the staff of good customer service starting with ALL managers.

Taco Bell customer service

We visited the Bellview and I25 location tonight 04/26/18 at 10:15pm we went to order but the drive thru cashier was very rude we weren't quit ready with what we wanted and this cashier not wanting to give his name made it known that he was in a hurry and they were short staffed and we were taking to long to order. We told him to hold on just a min and he responded with "OGod" he could have turned off his head set so we didnt hear but he didnt seem to care. We proceeded to the drive up window got our food and asked for a mgr and ofcourse he said he was the mgr when he couldn't have been if so Taco Bell has a issue. He was very rude at window with us and our food was made very poorly and rushed, we will be visiting this location tmrw afternoon to speak to a real manager. We believe this employee should be demoted if not let go this is not how u treat customers. I tryed to download pics but couldn't get them to load. Thank you so much, Andrew

Taco Bell taco salad that I wanted to added to my taco salad

I am customer that willing to purchase them that I did ordered them too for my taco salad that it is " Beef, Nachos Cheese, and white Rice's, when I started to ordering it. Someone in Taco Bell in back of the office yelled at that lady who was trying to taking my orders she did not eventually answer me or tell me what's going on or what's wrong that I am deaf man that tried to write down the orders down on paper that I wanted them to do. They only gave me is"Steak Taco Salad" other two I wanted them to do. Manager said no so I know the other Taco Bell Company will in bigger Citywide would love to helping me out! Thank you for business

Taco Bell mentor oh

I would like an explaination to why you have a general manager of a corporation, who smokes meth and is also fraternizing with an employee named Alex and absolutely nothing is being done about this. Jessica Angelo and she works at the Mentor Ave store that is located in Mentor OH. There is proof of her smoking at work in the restrooms. As well as sharing her drug addicted life all over social media. It amazes me that such a respected company would tolerate such behavior. Something needs to be done about this before someone is hurt.

Taco Bell system conveniently down

The tb on hypoluxo just east of 95 in Florida is conveniently system down at 1:28am. I have been here several times and heard the same thing. I have also heard that people were fired for doing this at this exact location because they don't feel like working. Just thought you should know you're losing money. Apparently my complaint isn't long enough so. I'm hungry. I'm a paying customer. This is [censored].

Taco Bell store location

Your customer service clearly isn't up to par. I submitted a complaint on Sunday for numerous reasons and never heard anything back. On Saturday night I was at one of your Taco Bell locations in Nashville Tennessee. First of all, I ordered my food and had to leave the store immediately because the guy in front of me had a loaded gun in his pocket... and then took it out and was playing with it. It was horrific and I was actually scared for my life, that people actually called the cops and they came to the location. Your employees should notice behaviors like this and do something like this instead of having customers run out of your store scared to death and without their order. Second of all I have multiple charges from that night from Taco Bell when I only ordered one thing ( that I never recieved) I don't know if they charged me for this crazy guys food that he demanded without paying or what... I would appreciate a refund of all of my charges and geez, Taco Bell is the last place I will be thinking of going in the future.

Taco Bell food different than other taco bells

I love taco bell food in all other stores i have eaten at, i was ecstatic that taco bell was coming to Hugo Okla. But after trying several different menu items, this Taco Bell has totally different tasting food. Please send someone under cover that knows the real Taco Bell food, to see the difference like others and myself have tasted. The food is not the same as in your other Taco Bell stores that i have eaten at.

Taco Bell manager

Yes, I recently went to taco bell Located off Kings Hwy in Port Charlotte, Fl
I have been to this place now three times. Once again my order of three crunchy taco supremes and two Beef mexi melts. I decided to eat them in the parking lot over next door then go to my business in the grocery store. My complaint is the meat in the mexi melt was cold, not even hot. I have complained about this place twice before apparently they are not getting the message. My tacos had very little meat in all three of them. and They were not even hot either. I'm am very Pissed off right now. We work very hard for our money and why would I want to go back to this place any more ? I'm sick and tired of the poor service ( Food ) that comes out of this place. I would have gone back to complain but I felt it wouldn't do any good. So I am venting Via this Media. i plan on voicing my displeasure of this Taco Bell. I'm from Connecticut and up there all the Taco Bells are very good and give proper amounts of Meat in their Tacos etc. I'm sure this place does very well $$$ wise. This is to the owner of this store, Get your act together ! You can rest assured I will tell EVERYBODY I see what my Experience has been all three times I've gone their. Servicing Hot Food should be HOT Common sense is what's needed not Greed ! IfI was the owner of this store and I found out Food was going out like what I got someone would be looking for another Job. I was in Business for 45 Years. I could go on and on but I think I've made my point.

Taco Bell cinnamon twist

I didn't get my cinnamon twist for the 5th time in a row! I paid for it I literally paid for it. I work in customer service so I know what I paid for is suppose ro be there. When are yall gonna put everything in the bag? This is absolutely ridiculous and they're so pushy on the mic saying order when ready order when ready order when ready after I already said give me just a moment. I want my money back or a credit of some sort cause I dont spend money on something and not receive it. Please get ahold of me in some way shape or form
