They blamed for something I haven't done. It only means they don't stand behind their products and service.
I got a defective item and wanted to change it They refused to do it saying that I broke the item and wanted to take an advantage of it. It was beyond appalling. How dare you to blame people and to be so rude? You have so many loyal customers that you don't care about them? Maybe, but I doubt.
