I was trying to get my phone unlocked. I called last month and they told me I needed another month so I added it. now that the month is over I called back and she said I was sort 6 days. don't understand how that works when there is 12 months in a year .so I asked to speek with her supervisor he got on and said something very smart butt and hung up on me didn't give me time to even say a word .so I called back spoke to customer service and they told me I had 13 months of service with you so they should unlock it. so he transferred me to a woman who was just as a smartbutt and wanted to argue instead of talk to me and explain. I am very upset with this and will call the BBB NO CUSTOMER should ever be talked to the way I have been. I am very upset and want this fixed I have 3 other phones with you and will terminate them all if this isn't handled
