My phone screen shattered over a week ago. I have to tried to get the number switched to another phone for a combined time of over 100 hours and dealing with over 30 different tech support individuals. One support "specialist" actually removed my number from my account. Now when logging on Straight Talks website there isn't a phone number and I can't get the phone I have activated with the same number. I'm still being charged $65 a month but have no service and tech support is laughable. None of the techs have the knowledge to resolve the issue so in the end they just disconnect the call without warning. I've had the problem escalate to the "Corporate office" where everyone is a manager but no one has a supervisor over them and it's impossible to go any further in receiving help. All support techs require you to go through explaining the issue and insist they are the one to fix the problem. Straight Talk records all calls but the minute you advise them they do the same they hang up. As of today, 9/11/2030, I have logged over 100 calls, +100 hours, and still do not have a resolution. The last ticket number I was given was 267364.

Desired outcome: I would like them to replace the phone due to the support personal having me change the SIM card. Now they can't get any SIM card to work with my phone. TCL 4X5g. I also want my online records on the straight talk website restored.

I have spent countless hours on the phone & on hold with these straight talk representatives. They have over charged me twice and told me they refunded the money. That was a month ago. I’ve never received it. They deleted one of the phone lines on my account and can’t seem to figure out how to put it back on my account. They accused me of stealing the phone because I couldn’t tell them three numbers the phone called in the past 24 hours. My daughter doesn’t make phone calls. So they told me they could not help me because I couldn’t answer their questions. My service date is up on Sept 30, 2023. I’m leaving them after 10+ years of being a customer. Anyone have any recommendations for better service? Three months I have tried to get them to fix the issues THEY created. I’m so tired of being treated like this.
