Souq.comno warranty for new electronics

I am going through very bad experience with Souq.com and ordered new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 which was delivered to me locked for UAE market.
After replacement the 'new unit' worked only for few hours, and now they are refusing to exchange the unit or to refund my money back and I am stuck with very expensive brand new phone which is not working... feeling nothing more secure then buying an used item from flee market... Disappointing

    This guys have to be reported to Chamber of Commerce in Dubai and Dubai Police for their misconduct.
    UAE is known to be safe for buyers and their rights protected, and hope they have enough power to stop scam like this.
