Finally, on or around September 6th, it arrived. I was totally embarrassed to show my husband what I ordered. The compass had plastic over it, and the inscription was smudged. I could barely read the words in some places. So, I reached out to HF through PP for a refund, but not one word from them. This morning, I got an email asking me to review their company/product. You have to be kidding me. And that's what I told them in the review, along with what I've said here. I don't think they will let my review be posted to their site, but I had to get it out there.
