Skynet / poor services provided by skynet
So my parcel from China had arrived ur HUB on 9th January, but until today (14th Jan) I still havent receive it, I did call ur service line, your officer's attitude frustrated me the most! She said they attempted to deliver two times, but I didnt receive any notes from them stated they did come bt i was nt at home or asking me to go to their nearest outlet to pick it up (as what other delivery company will do in Malaysia), and I was at home the whole day on the day they say they attempted to deliver.
So, she said will arrange to deliver it again yest (13/01). I had been waiting whole day at home, yet my parcel wasnt been delivered. Hence, I called again this morning around 11.55am, she said my parcel status is out for delivery, I hvn even finished speaking and she ended the call! What a rude officer! Please improve your staff quality!! Slow delivery and poor customer service officer!!
