There is concern this isa scam . I have seen many complaints against this company

Ordered a lipstick set from them in February.
Delivery took 45 days
As delivery was taking a long time searched for the product over the net and found the products were actually sold on Alibaba at half the price with 30 days delivery time. Looks like they are buying from Alibaba and scamming people at double the price.

The unit came in defective and they asked for a photo proof of the broken unit.
After waiting for more than 10 days they shared that a replacement has been shipped.
Received the replacement close to a month later and guess what.
The package came in well packed but was totally broken inside. Looks like they shipped a broken unit as it was cheaper than getting a new one delivered.

On updating them, they want a photograph of both broken units together for them to entertain any further responses.
Cannot believe they want us to save broken units till replacements come in.

BEWARE THEY ARE ONE OF THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS IN TOWN.
WILL SWEET TALK (ALL CUT AND PASTE MESSAGES AS THOUGH THEY CONNECT WITH YOU)

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOU WILL GET A DAMAGED PRODUCT PLUS YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY.

My products arrived 11 days after their 'records indicated' it was delivered. Insanely small! I ordered d cup bras and they were superpadded a cups. Contacted customer service immediately and was told they have a 10day return policy so they would do nothing. I told them I had just received the items and they argued that I got them 11days ago. Stay away! Would give zero stars if I could.

I have attempted to unsubscribe... It tells me I am not subscribed
I attempted to adjust settings... Nope
I emailed the company many times... Apologies and a this is now fixed
I threatened to report them, more emails
I still receive an email daily I am so done with this [censor], I want them to stop emailing me please I don't want to order from them again it took for ever for a mediocre item,

I ordered and paid for 2 thigh bands last October. In November I received 1. It said 2 on the packaging. I did not open my package immediately due to being on holiday and expecting its contents. When I did open I discovered 1.

I contacted customer support in December and since then have been exchanging daily emails. I have sent evidence of weighing the 1 product to show that they can not be correct that 2 were included.

They are saying they apologise and will add my comments to their feedback. They say they have a policy to not deal with my request now as month has passed since the complaint.

I want my goods (although they are inferior) but I want what I have legally paid for.

Please advise.

I placed an order with this company for a christmas present for a family member on 11/28/2017 and with a delivery of 15-20 days I was pretty confident i'd have it before christmas. 15-20 days cane and went and I have been in constant contact with this company through several emails and it is now 1/12/2018 and I still have not received my package!
I contacted the company because the package shows still being in china and I stated I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund and the company will not do it.
The response emails from the company are very repetitive and show a lack of care.
I would never refer this company to anyone.
Do not order from them because you will regret it.
They say 15-20 days for delivery or product. It's been 45 days!

I ordered an egg Baker as a Christmas gift for someone on December 6th and I still have not received my package. I have emailed this company three times and I continue to get an automated response telling me it is on its way. Obviously it is not on its way cuz it does not take more than 30 days to ship something within the US his company is a big scam do not order from them. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the local news station to tell them about this scam. As I read some of the reviews on here it seems that a lot of people are experiencing my same issue with purchasing a product and it never coming. Again do not buy from this company it is a scam and next week when I contact the news everybody in the St Louis metropolitan area will know

I ordered something on Nov 28 for Christmas, thinking this was clearly enough time to receive before Christmas day. On Dec 14 I contacted them asking for tracking info. They supplied a tracking number which they said I could use to track on USPS. The problem was the tracking number clearly was not an USPS number... not even close.I followed up with them several times over the following week and there response continued to be the same... track it on USPS using the nonsensical tracking number. Each time they assured me it's on it's way. Here I am on Dec 30 and still have no product and no reliable tracking to tell me where it is. After this review I will be calling my credit card company to recover my money and lodge a complaint. Next stop is BBB, Yelp, and whatever else I can do to complain about this company. STAY AWAY FROM SHESWISH!

Ordered a set of 2 bottles of a car wax from the www.sheswish.com site on 11/12/17. After I sent them 14 emails and countless automated emails from them indicating they have shipped it on a fake tracking number... I still never received the items. I have yet to see any positive reviews on this company. All situations are very similar to my experience. Send the money via |papal and the items never arrive. They tell you they don't refund the money but wait... We're looking into the location of your item. How can you look for an item that was never shipped? Do not ever buy from this place ever! That is unless you want to throw your money away.

Another Chinese website with the same terrible quality. Looks like all of these similar websites buy their stuff from the same manufacturer. I just don't know how to explain that their clothes look nothing like the picture on the website. Plus, they dare to overprice the clothes. I think it's too much.
And of course, they pretend to be super service-oriented, but when it comes to a real issue you'll be left alone and will never get any response from them.
Don't waste your time and money. Learn from other people's mistakes.
