Saw the item posted on Facebook, ordered three pairs at 15.00 each pair on [protected]. Items not received until [protected] and the jeans are stretchy but not jean material and cannot be washed and then dried in the dryer, not informed of this when ordered. The design of the jeans is sprayed onto the stretchy material including the rivets which generally hold jeans together. These are not jeans but a design painted onto a stretchy fabric. Not happy with purchase and Paypal will not refund my money and I see other unhappy customers with the same problem, no refund given by Paypal. I am leary about paying with Paypal anymore and especially leary of ordering anything advertised on Facebook, it all comes from China and is junk. The plastic mailing envelope shows a weight ot the items as 3KG. Three pairs of denim jeans would weigh a lot more than 3KG. No invoice in package.

Since april 11, 2020. I purchase from she swish limited amount of $25.96. Still don't any info yet. Doesn't know what's going one. My receipt number:[protected]. Was 8" lazy phone [x4 magnification]. The day I make the purchase said, please keep this receipt number for future reference. You'll need it if you contact customer service at she swish limited or paypal.

I ordered three products from this company on 4/5/2020 and haven't received nothing. I filed a dispute with paypal. This company provided an invalid tracking number that does not exist. Ly11843393cn, usps. They're scammers and should not be allowed on facebook to scam other people. I have been working with paypal who told me it can be resolved by end of april 2020. I'm a senior and do not have $49.90 to give away. I'm not working and am living on a fixed income. Why does facebook or the internet allow these scammers to take advantage of us citizens?

I am extremely disappointed as I have e-mailed you originally when I received my order on 14th February, it took a long time to get to me and when it arrived the stitching has pulled apart as it has been poorly made and the sides pull away when done up so doesn't cover my whole breasts, I have now contacted you 3 times in two months, can you pleased refund me and give me the address to send your faulty bra back to you. I do a lot of ordering on line as I am disabled and I like a lot of your merchandise but I am reluctant to order anything else until this has been resolved.

I have not received a reply to any of my 3 e-mails to lemongrassRice to date, and I have made 3 other purchases from you Sheswish which I am waiting for delivery, please can we resolve this issue, the bra is unwareable, I just want to return it and have a full refund please, I have also sent this same complaint to [protected]@smileyhomey.com and I am hoping to get a reply please.

Ordered a diamanté applicator pen, they only sent the ‘bonus/free gift' (value of about 10p!), never the pen! They won't reply to emails. Opened dispute with paypal only to be declined as the tracking she swish supplied said the item was delivered and then after reopening the case, I have to send the free gift back to china for a refund. Item cost £12, postage to china is minimum £11!

I purchased a spa bath from your company She Swish paid in full 85.98 through Pay Pal. Case ID filed on Jan 23 2020. PP-D-[protected]-Sellers name - She Swish Limited. I have made papers for the BBB concerning my money for a product no show.I never received the spa bath. I requested the delivery show a picture of where the delivery may have been made. After months of waiting for the bath. A neighbor brought to us some electrical attachments but said she never seen the bath. This neighbor lives at least two streets over. I would not lie about something so petty . I care give in my home my 87 year old mom and just wanted something that would give her circulation and perhaps a good nights sleep is all. WE NEVER GOT THE TUB.! The neighbor did bring the electrical contraptions but she swears she did not get the tub. I would like to track the delivery location is all. Ordered item - received two months later - sizes are way too small. I have been trying to get acknowledgement as how to send items back and get full refund - no response.
I kept receiving emails advertising other items. I finally responded stating why should I order something else when I didn't get my first order. They acknowledged that email and said to be patient that it was in process. After two months, finally received my order. However, the sizing was nothing like described - items way way too small. I have been trying since receiving them last month for instructions on how to return and also want a full refund. I have not heard anything since I started emailing last month after receiving items.
