Shell pepsi 1.25l

I brought 2 bittles of 1.25l pepsi from the shell servo in ararat and they are peiced at 2 for $4 and im not happy due to the expiration dated being the 13 of july 2016.
Due to this me and my partner have been to the local doctors from being sick. I am a frequent customer of this servo but i will not be attending this service station until something is done.

Shell customer complaint about store owner

I got $28.88 worth of gas on November 15, 2016 at 12pm. The $28.88 verified the same day. I called Shell on November 16, 2016, at 2pm to complain about a hold on a pending transaction of $75 and was told it would take 24 hours to be returned, I had already waited 26 hours. Decided to give it 1 more day. It is now November 17, 2016, 2pm again, in total I waited 50 hours before I made the second phone call. She told me 48 hours when I had already waited 50 hours. I tried to explain that to her but she kept interrupting me and kept yelling at me that it was my banks fault and that I'm being dense and not listening to her. The transaction had Shell Gas Station listed next to it and I tried to explain that to her also. All she kept doing was interrupting me and yelling about how it's not hard to understand and that I need to listen. That she couldn't control the pumps outside. I then told her after calling my bank that I would be calling corporate because of how she was treating me. She then told me she was the owner and hung up on me after calling me a b###h. I called my bank and they had to go in and refuse the pending transaction and informed me that the transaction was coming from Shells side and not them. I don't know if you condone how your owners treat cutomers, but I will no longer be getting gas at any of your stations. Especially if customers are treated exactly how I was treated the last 3 days.

Shell customer service

Shell Gas Station on Rt 422 in Niles, Ohio.
11/15/16 around 2:30pm
*I walked in and asked for $30 on pump 5 and handed her a $100 dollar bill. The cashier responded with, "That's great but I won't have change for this."
I asked, "Really?" Out of shock.
Her response, "Really." She seemed annoyed.

***I will never go to this gas station again. I had just got out of my 6 month old daughter's physical therapy appointment, my gas light was on, and I carried my baby in her car seat into the gas station... for her to tell me she can't give me some increment of $70 back in change. The reason all I had was a $100 dollar bill was because it was a gift from my mom on my birthday. I'm a stay at home mom and my husband works.
**I don't believe that she couldn't give me change. Seemed like a lie, laziness, and just rude.

There are many places that cannot accept certain bills due to lack of change. This is a real thing that happens. So many people pay with credit cards now that they may not even have the opportunity to come close to the change you would need. While she should have been more polite, it is unfair to assume she was lying.

Shell faulty gas shutoff valve

I stopped last night at the shell gas station at 6201 S Claiborne Ave in New Orleans, LA. I pumped my gas and as the tank filled up the nozzle did not shut off and the handle got stuck. This resulted in the tank overflowing as I had to squeeze even harder to get the handle to release. In the meantime I ended up with gasoline on my pants, shoes, and the back side of my truck. I went inside to tell the attendant who flippantly told me "That happens sometimes, I guess I'll call the mechanic up here soon." Discussing my frustration with her seemed irrelevant.

Shell debit card use fees

This station is illegally charging surcharge fees for debit card purchases. When asked to speak to management about it, I was accosted by the employees and some customers loitering about. I purchased a home here in march and never realized they've been charging me surcharge fees until 2 days ago. When I brought it to their attention today, the employee, a short, overweight female in her 20s, began acting erratically, being rude and abusive. When I responded to her abuse with surprise and anger, a large man that worked there had a non-employee come outside and pound on my car window, threatening me and telling me to not come back if I didn't like it.

It is not illegal to charge the customer fees to process the convenience of their payment. Most places add the fee to the price so you never see it.

Shell fraudulent charge and misbehavior

Dear Sir:

I went to your Shell Gas Station at 3301 W. Howard St, Skokie IL 60076 on 11/12/16 at 01.33 AM. I paid $22.52 for candy and gas. It was $20 for gas. I went to pump gas, by mistake, I picked up 87 gas instead of 93. So I went to the cashier and requested to transfer my money credit for 97 gas. The attendant said that he did not know how to do that and wanted me to pay another $20 if I wanted gas. He did neither refund my money, nor credit back to my credit card. I got upset and went to another gas station to get the gas. Proofs can be sent.

Before I contact the authorities, I request you to credit my credit card # [protected] and get in touch with me at your earliest.

Shell customer service

The attendant was visibly inebriated, and asked for my Id for a Tabacco product. The attendant snatched my id out of my hand, and I proceeded to take it back. The attendant refused to provide service to me. I asked for the manager and he proclaimed to be it. As I asked for more information he refused to provide any additional. I asked for the store Id, he tried to record me asking for this information on his personal phone.

Shell service

Hello i'm Cheree I want to make a complaint about the Warwick Shell fuel station Qld in regards to the service I just received. I perchased 2 bottles of milk and a cd it all would have came to $24. I was greeted at the counter i said hello just thee three thanks place the cd an milk onto the counter
we began small talk and before i new it i swiped my card and it $59.07 i said to the lady i didn't get fuel today she said aggressively "you said three i heard you fuel on three" i said "i said just these three" she was cranky and she said " i heard you say fuel on three" i said "I didn't there was about six other costumers in the line waiting she said "i'll have to give you a refund then" she then preesed the computer screen if she was going to break it" and then threw the cash into my hand some boucing out. "I apologized" as i felt very intimidated. She said nothing. I walked away and the bag broke which made it worse.
I just hope she doesn't so this to any other costumers as i felt very humiliated.
As i definitely want be going back to be treated that way.

Shell shell service in moab, utah

I want to share with you my experience I had with Shell station in central Moab in Utah at 200N Main Str.
On 9th November 2016 about 10 AM I stoped and wanted to fill up my fuel.
I inserted a card (Citibank Master Card) but it was not accepted by the machine at the pomp so I went inside.
The older lady as the clerk assistant took my card and said that I can go and fill the gas and when I come back she will process the transaction.
When I did not agreed to leave her my card, she started to offend me, shout, decline the service and wanted to get me out of the shop.
She was extremely unpleasant, rude and emotional, I have never been in such situation, so did not what to do. I wanted then to pay with cash, but she shouted and did not wanted to sell me gas.
Then I asked for the manager on duty, who eventually took my money and sold me gas.
This situation was very stressful for me, I have never experienced something similar.
I just want to let you know and make sure that this lady will get the negative feedback of her behaviour as I do not expect she will sorry for this.

Shell deceptive business practices

I driving down I 75 last night an need gas. SInce i am a long term user of shell for over 50 years, i stopped at a station in Ocala, Fl at 3801 NW Blitchon rd. The sign showed $2.20 per gal which was high average for the area. After i had started pumping i noticed the price on the pump was $2.49 per gal. After pumping, the pump would not give a receipt. I went in asked for a receipt and then confronted the attendant about the price difference. He said it was "extra fees!". I said "that is illegal ", he got very defensive and said he only works here. I took the receipt, took pictures of the sign and pump and left. If this sort of treatment to a senior citizen is condoned by shell, then i will never buy anothe drop of shell gas!

Shell employee did not provide change

I stopped at this shell station to buy beverages and fill my gas tank. First I walked into the store to purchase my drinks. I came to the register and the employee ( a young in his early twenties either African American or Haitian American, with short hair) ignored me to continue typing on his phone.
After I greeted him and said "I'm ready this is all I have" he stood up and rang in my items.
He mumbled something, which I assume was the total. After looking at the register marquee, I saw my total and gave the young man a $20 bill.
My change total on the marquee was $10.13 . He handed me a $10 bill and seemed like he was finished. I looked down into the register and I saw a row of pennies.
He looked at me as if I were crazy then handed me a dime.
I asked "you're not going to give me my three cents?"
He said, with a big sigh, while falling back in his chair and shoving the register closed "I don't have it"

I understand that three cents is not a lot of money, but in my household every penny counts.
I'm almost positive that what he did was illegal.
I was offended, I felt taken advantage of, and I will never return to this location. If a man came up to me and took three pennies from my pocket I would be just as upset. This sort of action, and interaction is unacceptable.

I immediately left the location to purchase gas elsewhere.

I'm not sure what sort of resolution could be made, I'm not going to ask for you to cut me a check for three cents. But I do feel taken advantage of, and i am really upset.

The tank was empty upon arrival. The pump kept stopping. Had to obtain receipt from within the store. Receipt was not available from gas pump machine. The oil gage showed 2 points above half level on gage upon leaving. After driving a mile down the road, the gas gage now showed 2 points below the half a tank level. Which concludes gas is not up to standard. The vehicle goes through shell gas quicker than any other gas company gasoline used. Is the gas "watered down". Did I get my money worth? Is the tank underground in need of repair? Obviously the need some mechanical adjustment.

If I park my truck in my driveway, my gauge shows full. When I back out onto the street, and drive, my pump shows my actual gas level. Your gauge will float depending on the elevation your vehicle is at. It can take a few minutes for the gauge to level out.

Shell terrible customer service experience here.

I went in to buy a drink which was marked a certain price, when I went to the counter it rang up a different price. I went back with the cashier to show him the displayed price. He responded that the manager must have made a mistake when labeling the prices on the entire stock of items. I asked that he gives me the price that was displayed and he refused. I asked to speak with the manager who was unavailable. I have tried calling multiple times to talk to the manager but the phone rings and goes to the fax.

Shell overcharge on gasoline with visa debit card

June 14, 2016 I was ripped off for $76.59 for gasoline by the Shell store, Los Banos. My vehicle fills for $30. max. I used my Visa Debit Card #3984 but usually pay cash. I recently reviewed my Credit Union statements and found the bogus overcharge. I showed this to the Los Banos Shell Service Station store to no avail. I was advised to Fax manager Nick at [protected]. He called me but had no intention to help. However, he tried to confuse and deter me. I'm not happy with such treatment and won't visit Shell for gas again. I was a constant customer. I would be grateful to receive a refund for $46.59 or a $30. filling of gas and $16.59 change.

Do you never read the pump before you put your card in? Shell is very upfront about their pre-authorizations for using cards as payment. It is listed on every pump before you put your card in. Your refund will go back to your card in a few days. You were not overcharged.

Shell taking our money

I went to fill up my truck, swiped my card, and looked like it processed. Clerk came out said it did not. And to swipe again. So I did, Shell station only allowed me to put 19.75, I new I had more in my account. It shut off at that about. Checked my account while at the station, and SHELL station had pulled out $75.00, from my account, and then it did not let me go any further than the 19.75. I went to the clerk and he said that shell automatically holds $75.00 to$100.00 and wont release it for a few days. And said that it depends on the bank. So I went into my bank and spoke to a clerk, she said we don't hold any money's that the bank itself don't even hold any moneys because it belongs to the customer. That it is the shell station that is holding it. So she gave me a print out. I called the main customer service and they said Shell pulls it out by its' your bank that is hold it. I explained to her the bank doesn't hold this money it is Shell Gas station. So I am turning this to my lawyer. I notice that through out the united states Shell station has been taking lots of money from hard working people. I will NEVER PUT GAS THERE AGAIN, AND I AM GOING TO SPREAD THE WORD ON SOCIAL MEDIA SO THAT WAY THEY LOSE BUSINESS.!

Shell takes money from peoples account with no authorization and holds it, then they say its your bank that has the hold.

Actually, every Shell pump states in plain old English that they process a pre-authorization and the amount they secure. People please take the time to read crap before you shove your card in the hole.

Shell swarming bees around the trash cans

11/1/16
The last 4 weeks the bee's have been swarming around customers trying to

pump gas. I am highly allergic to bee's and today I was running from them. I

spoke to the manager of that location 4 weeks ago. He said he would take

care of the issue. I pump gas at that station 2 or 3 times a week and the issue

hasn't been resolved.

What exactly do you think the manager should do about nature's insects? Maybe the manager would be better able to get rid of stupid customers who toss sugary foods in the garbage that attracts the bees. Do you not carry an epi pen with you? Who would you complain to if a random bee stung you in your yard?

Shell attitudes

I was getting gas at a shells station on 2427 across from a bank and Burleson sq handy mart, and i was trying to decide how much gas I was getting, I told her " imma get 5 on PUMP 1" then I said "sorry can you change that to 8 on pump 1" and with an attitude she said " What pump are you on, pump 5 or pump 1!" so out of confusion I said " I just told you I wanted 5 on PUMP 1, but then I said 8 on pump 1" And she kinda rolled her eyes and just dropped my change in my hand causing some pennys to fall on the counter and floor! And didn't even try to help me pick them up, plus she didn't even say thanks or have a nice day or anything. So after I pick my change up im kinda mad and I turn around, walk out and start pumping gas, then she comes out the store to bring me some goody pms I left on counter and when she hands them to me she says, "next time dont come in here with an attitude with me" and I had my neice with me who is only 3 years old. So I couldn't really speak my mind like I wanted to. So after I left I call the store to talk to the manager and she answered and said none of the managers were there. I think this is absolutely ridiculous. Since when does a employee treat customers like crap? Idk how else to get her in trouble but this lady needs to be fired!

Shell cashier short changed me and refused to give it back

I went into 3402 Broadway, Everett, wa 98208.
I bought a pack of cigarettes from the cashier. It was $8.76. I gave him a $20 bill and he gave me my change. I didn't look at it for I have never had a problem with this gentleman in the past, I had gone to the grocery store and went to pay and only had $2. I called the store and got what sounded like a fax machine noise. So I drove back to the store and it was a
Different cashier. So I told the cashier what had happened, and his response was " well I didn't take it and he didn't take it." I told him I never said you did, but I do want my money back. He said that I need to talk to the manager and that he didn't have time because he was closed and that the manager won't give it back to me anyways. I asked why is that, and he said,
Look around, do you know where you are? You're in Everett and we don't give out money to pay for your drugs.
I was completely appalled.

Shell auto gas purchase

Oct 07, 2016 I filled the tank on my Black Ford Ranger (gas never exceeds 50$ fill) and was charged the "credit max" of 75$. This occured at station T6H 3E9 at approx. 1pm. I called the station and the teller refused to check the transaction history for me and gave me no recourse for action, except to come in so he could "explain" to me in person that gas prices fluxuate.

I would like the teller reciept for this transaction, so I can have the charge corrected on my mastercard bill.

Please provide this reciept: mastercard ending in: 4382. Transaction date and time: Oct 7, 2016 approx 1pm.

I had only begun using Shell stations recently and am throughly diswaded from using them in the future should this not be resolved.
