Samsung / incompetent rude unresolved service

I bought a brand new washer and dryer samsung. Both front loader. The washer was leaking and dented after delivery. 2 days later when i first turned it on i immediately called 1800 samsung. This was obviousy under warranty. The service was humiliatingly rude. Very demeaning and insulting. I called 457 times. They lost ticket numbers and delayed service Representative to come. Finally 2 months later service man came said it was not repsirable and sent in a request fir replacement. In this time 8 representatives said they will replace washer and dryer and take the other new ones. 127 service reps stated its too late now. They stslled for 4 months. And then blocked my calls and stated no we will not comply to replace brand new washer that was defective beyond repair. Service rep sent files. Samsund lied and said they never received it. Service man that works for samsung said i feel so sorry for you. But i have no more time to deal with them. I spent lots and lots of money one brand new washer and dryer 6 months ago. Ive been fighting ever since. And go to laundry mat for 6 months now. Lots of money lost. But due to the incompetent rude debilitating customer service for samsung. I want to esculate this yo a replacement and full refund. As ive spent over 500 on laundry mat plus gas and labour equals enough as i pasid for my washer and dryer 1556.00 I hope to hear from you.
