about call center staff

I make call on behalf my husband (Ding Siew Leong) to call center on 3/8/17, to request re-sent credit card statement for Jul 2017 to my email. The staff told me that, it will take about 4 working days. Until today (13/8/17), it doesn't shown any RHB statement on my email.

I hope that, this staff (who entertain me) can follow up this case.
