IH Credit Union As of today, August 2, IH Credit Union's Owen Waters and supervisors mishandled refinance papers

As of today, August 2, IH Credit Union Employee Owen Waters and his supervisors have failed to file refinance papers correctly for family vehicles. They have caused me to make 3 trips to the office located on 145 W. High St. Springfield, Ohio due to the lack of knowledge of the employees and supervisors that run this IH Credit Union.
