Hi I am writing Re: an order placed Oct 23/17 for a fingerling (toy). I knew at the time I was paying more than they were selling for at Toys R us (I paid $35 and Toy R Us were selling them for 19.99 + tax= $23.) and I was Ok with that as I have a mobility issue. After 4 weeks I started to e-mail them re delivery of order. They always replied with a standard answer - didn't make a difference who answered the e-mail. I finally received the order the week before Christmas. I knew there were imitations of this toy out there but it arrived in a fingerling package. The plastic was a bit bent but I attributed this to shipping. I was extremely disappointed to hear from my daughter that the one I gave my granddaughter was not an original - 2 of her friends received them for gifts also and hers didn't do anything it said it would do and on top of that the hair colour for the Mia (purple fingerling) was supposed to be white and it was blue. Both she and I are very disappointed as this was her #1 gift request. Magic Toy Truck was the name of the company I ordered from. Order # 73352 and Tracking number LM698777985CN but responses to my e-mails were from Rama Original order said delivery would be 3-4 weeks. I am looking for a refund on my credit card. Packaging was thrown out Christmas day. Hopefully you can resolve this. Thanking you in advance Maureen Lane
