Rama Deals

I have the same problem as everyone else - I did not receive my order and RamaDeals stole my money! I saw their advertisement on Facebook and decided to order a GPS watch from RamaDeals. Price was reasonable and their site looked pretty good. After I paid for the watch everything was already over for me, I did not receive any confirmations and there was no tracking number to track my order. I wanted to contact customer service to ask about my order status but they ignored me! Two months already passed but I did not give up yet and I will do everything to get my money back. Please do not buy from this shady website, they are nothing but scammers!

Ordered through Facebook, arrived broken. Contacted company from PayPal details, was registered as part of Ashley Jewels Company. Have had no reply from Rama Deals customer services team at all! Ashley Jewel CST have promised action but nothing so far, 20 emails + over the past 2 months.
Do not purchase from Rama Deals, they are incompetent and fraudulent.

This company is a scam. It has been 3 months, i've never received my order. All i want is a refund. The laughable part is that on the website and facebook they offer "100% money back guarantee!" and "free and easy returns!" don't be fooled! There is no customer service, c just automated messages. Do not order from this company! They should be shut down!

I made my order in late August and was supposed to get my order already, but it's now October and there's no sign of my order. RamaDeals customer support promised they'll find out why was it taking so long and then they'll contact me. They never did that.
And when I contacted them myself they said they needed more time to resolve my issue. I'm so sick of waiting and the worst part here is that they cannot provide me with any information!
