I completely agree 100% PCH is a waste of time but if you are retired or disabled I guess it can be entertaining if you keep telling yourself this is nothing more but a game and I will never win because I have been playing for about 17 years through mail answering all their sweepstakes downloading apps even before it was available to play through the Internet. Wasted millions in of my tokens and still didn't even win one of their prices through their token earning process not so much as $.50 nothing not a single dime or a penny have I received. However I do get nothing but spam and telemarketers calling shortly after my entries . I tried blogging and when I type or blog something that's negative towards PCH they block me or take down my blog I tried calling numerous times I can never get a hold of anybody one time I did get a hold of a PCH representative through a chat line but that was about it and she kept sending me the same information that I already knew ask if I was ignorant or naïve to how the odds are or how it works basically sending me their basic run around info on PCH if you have nothing but time I guess you can make it fine but just keep in mind that you will never win you have a better chance growing wings and fly then to ever win anything on PCH Specially if they're big prices. I have entered every single way imaginable and not once have I ever one and when I try to contact them to tell them about the glitches and all the problems I'm having I can never get a hold of them. I have written and sent numerous emails but never got any responses. That's just how life is people find a way to screw people out of their money and time just for personal gain that's just the world we live in corrupt in every way imaginable and I speak this because I was in employee for the government well the sheriffs office but still I know that the system is rigged. My worst complaint would be when they tell you all congratulations you have entered for sweepstakes number 8800 etc. and then you get an email a few minutes later saying that you have to enter or you will lose your eligibility/number/entry and as soon as you enter for me it's only two emails after my second email I can no longer enter it will say congratulations enjoy your tokens but I do not receive my entry nor my tokens and I have complained to PCH about this numerous times and still nothing when I spoke to the PCH lady in the chat room she told me my phone must be hacked I have an iPhone 7 Plus I responded and I also told her that it does this no matter what device are you using a matter where and then she gave me a website to send another complaint but after numerous attempts I have yet to receive A response or any type of explanation from PCH my name is Daniel M and I have been playing PCH for numerous years even through my first marriage so I can tell you with great confidence that for sure PC age is nothing but a scam/waste of time and don't bother wasting your money because it will not increase the odds or chances of you winning anything the only thing you will get from PCH is tha through my first marriage so I can tell you with great confidence that for sure PC age is nothing but a scam/waste of time and don't bother wasting your money because it will not increase the odds or chances of you winning anything the only thing you will get from PCH is Credit card bills telemarketers and junk mail. PS by the way beware of all the scams that PCH advertises because they are in advertising company and they will not scream what they advertise some of the stuff is very inappropriate and actual scammers that will try to take your personal information and or sell you stuff that is false and sell you false advertisement equipment/supplements/etc. be very wary of what you respond to the adds percent it through PCH

they used your name without your permission, go to a lawyer now and sue them!

i have been a pch customer a little under a year and wow the promises that this will be the last time to enter to a win then something pop up to search again and again !

If I new what the outcome was I would give my opinion they just said it's been resolved

They sent an email saying that they have resolved the issue. But I have no clue to what the resolution was.

Solar light house stop working, after one month, solar butterfly lantern never worked. I returned it and they want me to still pay for after I returned it . They suck!

This my "third time" trying to cancel this order.

I called PCH twice and they confirmed that my order was definiely cancelled. Today I received an order with two duffle bags and the remainder of my order was being shipped. I do not want any of these items, I was told order WAS CANCELLED. I did not give any credit card information to place this order. Please advise!

Have over 2 million tokens I acquired this year and wanted to bid on the Ford vehicle, but was only allowed to put down 50, telling me I don't have enough for a higher bid, but I do and would like to go higher.thanx

Why are the shipping and handling charges so high? They are almost half of the cost of the item! I can get the same items from Amazon or e-bay with little to free shipping and handling. I always find things I need and then end up not ordering because of the high shipping and handling.

I returned a$25 item. My refund was $1.07. Ridiculous. They essentially charge exorbitant shipping and “handling” twice to eat up the full amount. I’m not ordering or entering again. But then I am giving up a 1 in 6 billion chance of winning.

Right? What's that about? I guess that's how they get the "give away Bucks". No, I can find everything I want or need without having to pay shipping as well as being able to have contact with whoever I do business with! I win by not wasting my moolah!

I agree about the shipping charges. Chances of winning are so minimal that I can't justified those shipping charges. Can find most of what you offer elsewhere, agreed - without a gamble of a Big Prize. But chances are so slim that my winning is actually not spend money with PCH.

When i order a lot more of your things if the shipping and handling were not so high. You need to add it into your price of the item or it needs to come up before sending in what you are ordering. I have selected things many times and then looked at the cost of shipping and handling and cancelled before I ever sent orders in.

Product prices are already high for the quality of the product or what it can be obtained for at Brick & Mortar locations. Adding in the shipping fees make the prices outrageous.

They don't tell you the shipping/tax price until you order. Its way too high and once you order you cant cancel it. Its my fault for not looking it up before. Most places you can see how much it is and have the option of cancelling. Big bunch of BS. Won't be ordering anything else from them.

I totally agree. There are things that I would like to order, but don't because of the high shipping and handling. And when they say example: 3 payments for $4.00 and you get the bill it is many dollars more than they $12.00 you expected it to be. They at least should put the right amount in what the payments would be with shipping and handling.

PCH is fake, they gather your info like a hub an then that's how you get fake scam emails, they are not here to give u money, their here to take it an waste your valuable time. The more you play the more they will try an scam you, one email I got was stating I won 850k when I told PCH they faked looked into it An changed the email again. I never told the scammers I was on to them, ironically tho they change there email after I emailed PCH. Someone needs to find out where the real company is located An wonder why your info is being sold overseas. My best advice is stop playing An leave their page, unsubscrib from emails they are as fony it comes with a storefront front to sucker you in.

They will send you a confirmation numbeer by email or postal service. They covered their self by not putting last names. They have a team of lawyers that will review every word posted on their site. It's cruel that they did that but you would spend more than 10, 000.to sue them. You may have a civil case for emotional trauma. Considering your health issues they may settle out of court to prevent bad publicity. Get in touch with your local news and have them investigate the situation. It would be a great story to follow and the public may in turn give a helping hand. I wish I could get you all the help you need. I'll pray for you donna. Email your story to the news and magazines. Everyone wants to see the underdog take down the villains and it's what they are. Giving excitement and happiness then taking it away. I pray for you to be well and get help. God is with you every step of the way.

Yes PCH is real if you got a email stating you was a winner it was not PCH they never tell the winners they won they simply pop up at your home with any rewards won... You have people using PCH name contacting you...

I encountered the same experience. Big flash on screen that I won $10, 000 and then I was informed that it was a mistake. Someone else had won this $10, 000 and my name flashing was in error. All I received was an apology. I often wonder if all the winners are family, employees or friends of those running PCH.

That is horrible, unacceptable and unforgivable - to inform, announce and congratulate someone for winning money and they taking it back... I can't imagine! PCH has lost a lot of my respect. You'd think such a "reputable" company would rectify the situation by cutting their losses and awarding both parties the 10K. It's only 10K afterall! It's not like they mistakenly awarded $10K a week for life to the wrong person. They should not punish YOU for THEIR MISTAKE and incompetence. Whatever happened and however it happened, it wasn't your fault and therefore you should not be penalized for it - they should. This is so unbelievable. I truly hope you do not let go or drop this matter. You should seek legal advice and fight for your money, because I personally believe this is in fact YOUR money. If you were awarded money by mistake, then they should give you both the prize money and make sure they don't make that mistake again. How infuriating. Please keep us all updated and if you do a petition or anything similar, I'll gladly add my name as well as my family and friends.

, they did same to me 5 weeks ago an sent an apology letter an telling me i was special running for money an that didnt happen it has broke my heart i dont care about the millions i would just be happy to win enough to pay my rent, my gas bill, my electric bill an to get my car fixed im 53 yrs old in an out of hospital 2000 i died on operating table had to be put on life support anso he said i was swollen up an had blue face well he ordered xrasss then in 2012 i died again on my birthday was on life support again for a long time an finally woke up from coma an then last dec 2015 i went to hospital was so sick they sent me home then went back dec 27 2015 an they admitted me saying you r really sick so i kept telling nite nurse something was wrong i couldnt bcouldnt breath rite nothing done till my dr came in next morning an he said somethings wrong he couldnt reconize me he ordered xrays an blood i was rushed to icu i was dieing oxygen in blood was so low that they had to force oxygen into my lungs an lungs were full of fluid they said a few more mins i would have been gone im scared i just want to pay my bills have a running car to get to drs appts that i cant get to now an take a vacation some were before i die never had a vacation i would just love to have bills paid an have car an a vaccation before i die im not asking for much just a little happiness the man i used to be wiyh stabbed me in lung thats what has caused my breathing issues im just dont no wen the time comes next time if i can be savedso yes my heart broke wen pch done this to me i live in il an i have to live on 733.00 a month i wish there were real people out there that help fulfill dreams or wishes but there is not ive helped so many people in my life yet no one can help me in return an it breaks my heart so if indeed some true angels out there help even if its a dime show there is still some real caring loving people in this world my email is donnanormdonna80@hotmail.Com an god bless you an may he walk with you

What a piece of junk! This frying pan must have the worst teflon coating ever made! I will fry and egg and it sticks, I make hamburger's and it sticks. Then try to clean it... Went right into the garbage second day after purchase. I get where these people are coming from! Don't buy these pan's!

This Gold Coast product is the worst frying pan. Burned the on first use and will not come clean. I'm sending back but will probably never see my money. Publishers Clearing House is such a rip off. The products are horrible.

If you haven't got fry pan, means you haven't got a bill to pay which means you never paid for the fry pan, what payment do you want refunded

I also won $10.000 then the next day I was notified it was a mistake someone in san Jose really won.On checking 19 months ago it was not uncommon a few had won multiple times and received the same treatment. I also feel this is criminal activity how could so many share the same complaint.

They did me the same way let sue they sorry scamming [censor] and how could You make a mistake 38th individual names as winners get [censor]ing real lets do it lets get more then what they said we would get hell they dident give us not one thing.

They can give, or SAY they are giving $10K a week as a new prize, they can give us heartbroken disappointed lied to bogus winners each $10K. When you mistakenly have an accident and hit a pedestrian, you don't just say, sorry, my mistake! You PAY! I felt like I'd been hit..in the heart. I was heartbroken. Then they lied and said I was the ONLY one. But I'm finding out there was many. I would like to be part of a class action suit against PCH. They can't say we weren't hurt by this. I had a bill list I was going to pay and Christmas gift list for my 6 great grandchildren. What an empty hurt feeling when I found out it was bogus! Pch fans need to get over it... What happen on sept 17 2016. It was a simple mistake... Pch did a second drawing of 5 winners of $$10, 000 dollars... Each... To make up for the mistake... And they gave everyone 50, 000 extra tokens.. Its what you call a computer error... Crap happens! Get over it!

Yes indeed! I too received the notice that I had won $10, 000.00. The 17th of Sept. 2016. I'm mad as hell, they gave me the same story, and also the winners name. I'm in Palm Springs, Ca. I play everyday, and to be told that it was a mistake is deplorable. Shame, Shame, Shame!
We should do a class action lawsuit against them! There's strength in numbers. Their privacy policy covers them against everything crooked. However, I think there's something there. I come to the conclusion that PCH isn't for the players, but for the corporation behind it. It is obliviously a scam in a sense, that they draw players in just to get them to waste their time on watching ads that they get payed off of your time for watching. You're literally putting money in their pockets for doing something you could be getting payed for yourself.

I never win anything either I’ve been playing for a long time and nothing ever happened I feel at times that it’s a total waste of time trying to win PCH.

I won $5 a few months ago, got a check in the mail. And I won $50 check over 10 years ago. Both time I won it took over 3 months to receive but eventually I did. I wish I took a photo of the check to post on here but $5 I wasn’t exactly excited about...

I have played for years and years and I have never won. I even saw in an email that they had me down as playing or entering for about 8 years. That's not true. As an adult I started playing in 1974 when I was 1st married. I have now played in various addresses where I lived. And for about 16 years I have been married to my 2nd husband. And once again with several moves. Several years ago I even made a comment to one of the executives that they should have a contest for people who have been playing for a while. They could have 3 levels of prizes. She said that she would pass on the information to other executives but nothing was ever done. I mean I would even be happy with the 500. a week prize, but I am so tired of the scratch offs for those and Never winning, just getting tokens. I mean $500. would sure help with retirement. Has anyone else had these same problems?
