Don't buy this! I can't get a refund. No matter what.

I invested money into this company on Feb. 28, 2018 and it's just been sitting there since. They are still accepting investments from ppl with moving forward. This is theft.

Invested money in their potential IPO but to no avail. This company is ripping every one that invested off. They need to rectify this problem and issue refunds to all immediately!

Bought supposed shares with High Times Holding Co. two years ago. They said they were going public soon. Since that time they have missed several deadlines with the SEC and have not gone public so my money along with many other investors is just sitting in limbo with no way to trade/sell the stocks.

I'm loyal customer to high times for over 20year I've been to events/cannabis cups & had subscription to magazine bout 20 years. September I sent $30 money order out because they told me the credit card machine was down. Then the phone been busy signal every since. emails don't go threw. They tell me email when I did get response from social media. I've watched 3 different people pass out waiting in line to get into the Clio cannabis cup was June & hottest day of the year so far. They was selling bottles water for $2ea until I witness 3rd person getting hauled off to ambulance b4 they started handing out water. When they charge $100-$400 each ticket they should have better customer care? I need someone to look into this & make sure they don't pull this on someone else

Hello this is my 3rd try in getting a monthly subscription. It’s been 17 weeks since I was charged $29.99. This has been the most difficult subscription I've ever dealt with. The 1st time I tried to order was during the pandemic so I can understand and the 2nd time I was sent an order confirmation but my bank was never charged. Now this is the 3rd time. I have been charged and paid for. As you may see I would really prefer to get the monthly subscription but if it’s so difficult to send a magazine thru the mail then I’ll have to request a refund.

You suck. You took my money a year ago. Never sent any magazines or refunded my money. You suck big time. Ive filed 6 complaints with government agencies & you give [censored] toll free numbers out. What a f_g joke you all are nothing but b_chs. Leave the united states asap. [censored] f_king company. My invoice #37158. Not that it f_king matters you spent my f_king money & I know you wont return it. [censored].

I subscribed to their magazine August 2022. In December I contacted them because I didn't receive any magazines yet. They sent an email back and said they had issues, but they were sending my magazines out. I never received 1 magazine from them, then they just charged my credit card again for another year subscription. I have emailed them several times over this past year, and I receive nothing back. I call the phone number on the site, and the subscription option gives you a number to a number for Life alert, or some other scam.

I bought into HT in 2018. I have 500 shares of HT in the EQ Shareholders group but not a penny in the amount. I was a self-employed drywall/plaster finisher. Osteoarthritis took both knees and both shoulders and physically forced me to retirement. At my current age of about 66 I NEED MY 5500.00 BACK in one way shape or form. HT talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. I also want to know if there is a Class action Lawsuit on Adam Levine and his Clowns? I think we/I need a little extra for our time and monies! Thank you. Magazine stopped being delivered in October on a subscription that expires March . I emailed customer service numerous times regarding the matter, and they refused to accept responsibility or offer to provide any solution. At one point, some customer agent must have thought they were being funny, and blocked my email from sending them messages. I had to start emailing from another address and demanded a refund of my undelivered subscription, and my renewal subscription, which I had paid November . They proceeded to do a partial refund of my renewal, and nothing for the undelivered half of my current subscription. When I complained to them about the partial refund, I was told that some of the issues had already been delivered. This is from a renewal that doesn't begin until April . This is failure of service, and blatant theft of a paying customer. Product_Or_Service: Magazine subscription

On 8/18 I purchased 100 shares that were being advertised at the time because the company Hight Times was about to go public. They had advertisements on social media and magazines selling for about $11 a stock. I bought a total of $*** in 3 separate transactions. At this time in 2018 they were set to go public April . This date came, and they pushed the day out another year to April . I continued to call, and email and never received any response or call back. It is now the end of 2021 and the company never went public nor do they provide any type of follow up to their customers about when they are expected to go public, if ever. I would like to simply receive the money I invested. I have waited too long, and believed all the false advertisement this company provided. They have also not launched any type of report showing where all the investor's money went. This was a total scam and fraudulent.

Although I only brought 9 shares I would like my money back!

On october 24, I purchased from hightimesinvestor.com one share of stock which we the public were led to believe would go live roughly one year or less from the time of purchase. I invested $99, paid via my Capital One credit card, and over time, had not heard any news or updates about when the stock itself would go live. As such, I spent much effort over the subsequent amount of time since then attempting by email and phone to ask for updates- and only a few months ago just managed to reach somebody when I called The High Times line, and the person said slowly, "uhh... About that yeah we don't do refunds". I was not able to get any info on when stock would go live, when I pressed. The guy then claimed I "could sell the stock when it goes live". Then he hung up on me. I humbly request intervention and my refund. My husband also bought a share on his own account and has not been able to reach anyone for response. In April , High Times put out a media blast that they were going public and sought investors in a pre-IPO opportunity. The minimum investment was 50 shares at a pre-IPO price of $11.00/share. I purchased ***. Through the course of the next FOUR years, High times has stalled the idea of trading on any stock market, has not replied to any communication regarding its investors and has kept all the money people had invested in their company. As of today, I have seen NO PLANS for this company to join an active stock exchange an begin open trading. An update was sent out in 2019 stating once the company opened on the market there would be an 11:1 split making each share worth $1.00 but increasing share quantity for its investors by 11 times. I have tried to contact this company several times through their investor website, but I have yet to get any response. This company has fraudulently stolen *** of dollars from the public and I am requesting the *** launch an investigation and have my money returned.

High Times Corp said if you invest now, once they go public, you would own stock. I invested $4400 for 400 shares. i have writing and called. I was told over and over they were working on getting the IPO. They recently transferred the shares to a holding company. I called them, and they said I had 100 shares, instead of 400 shares. I have emails for each time I invested over a year into this company with the promise they would be part of this company. Thought thats how stock worked. You purchase and watch your company grow. The people who bought in get rewarded for their investments. They also stated that they were worth 0 dollars. They have opened and purchased other businesses to expand there business on investors dimes. They put out how good they are doing. They should be held accountable for the people who invested in them. They took over 13 million with the stock offering. Very deceiving. They said they will look into the stock number i own, even though they say its worth 0. Can anything be done? What about the loyalty investors gave to High Times. Not Right.

This is my 2nd complaint since I filed one a couple of days ago. It is even worse than I thought it was. The HIGHTIMES INVESTMENT that I made two (2) separate times is not reflecting with the company that they have sent to hold the shares: "Shareowner Online" filing as "EQ". on this platform. I first had purchased the $440 and this has translated into 40 shares with the Shareholder Online Company. It does not reflect a forward split of 1:11. I have been lied to about this being counted as a forward split offering. This is my 2nd complaint because there has been yet another development. The 2nd purchase that I made does not show up at all and it too was supposed to be a forward split. This was for $561 and it does not even show up with the Shareowner Online. Therefore, I have a total of $*** invested and only 40 shares are showing up. No promises of a 1:11 forward on either account. I feel so sick and ripped off right now. I really want all my funds back. The only way I would not want a refund is if the company is going on the stock exchange and my $*** is equal to the 11,011 Shares as promised in the offerings. This cannot be happening. I had so much faith in this company that I have followed since the 1970s. Please tell me it isn't happening this way. I want to believe and be positive.

I was solicited to buy High Times stock some time ago. I was contacted repeatedly wanting copies of my passport, driver's license and Social Security card. I sent them copies once.Since then I was contacted 2 more times by different companies wanting the same things. I told these people I wanted my money back as they have never had their IPO and I had seen a video on the internet explaining that was because they have never cooperated with the SEC. That video also showed they had gone to buildings that High Times was sending photos saying they had bought and were opening dispensaries in and the buildings were for rent by someone else. The young man requesting my PPI the second time sent a reply saying "you will be sent your money at the end of this round." I replied to ask when this would be and received no reply. I have repeatedly asked for my money back since and have never received a reply, much less a stock certificate yet they continue to rip people off. Today they sent an e-mail asking if I wanted to be a judge in a contest and again soliciting money for non existent stock. I live in a state where marijuana is illegal and this e-mail also was trying to sell boxes of product. I understand this is not what you usually deal with. BUT why is no one helping all the people they have ripped off? I can't afford to lose $***. Thank you for your help.

Much like others, I invested in High Times on the premise that they were to offer up an IPO. I bought 20 shares at $10 each. After 3 years, and no IPO, I sought a refund. I contacted EQ Shareholder services because when reviewing my account online it said that my shares were worth $0. They gave me the first response noted below. I reached out again asking how to to sell my shares only to be told that selling was not an option, as depicted in the second response. High Times has used deceptive practices and reneged on it's promises, constituting theft. Like others, I wish for the company to return my investment. Perhaps we should all consider a class action suit! They sent me several emails in the beginning explaining their process for obtaining the IPO and dates in which the steps would be completed. I invested some money, knowing high times was a popular name in the cannabis industry and their sales pitch and plan for obtaining an IPO made sence. There were several delays and the company informed me of each problem that occurred when it occurred. I understood there would be delays and set backs and was still fine with having invested because they were thoroughly communicating everything with the investors along the way. All communication suddenly stopped around June. I have not received any updates or information regarding their IPO status since June. I have emailed them and gotten no response. I tried getting on the investors site for high times to check my account and withdraw my money, and the site no longer loads or works. Clearly they have hit a road block with obtaining the IPO, but the lack of communication and inability to access my account has me very concerned. I feel like they may have stolen all our money at this point. I want my money back, I can not get a hold of my account or obtain any information from anyone at the company. Are they just going to close up shop and take everyone's money? I would appreciate some help in trying to get my money back. I can not get anywhere with the company itself. In 2018, I invested to become a "shareholder" through regulation A+ offering. As it seemed to be a continual opportunity said to expire at the time of offering would be in a few short days which to date "IT HAS NOT". It was stated that after escrow closes my shares would be issued via V-Stock & it is August 10th as of today and not one word has been communicated to any investors with updates through any form. In addition I have come to understand that this investment sale or any sale completed could be considered sales of unregistered securities. Taking any money while not in compliance with the *** A ongoing reporting requirements. High Times is making an unregistered offering in violation of Section 5 of the Securities Act of 1933 and people who buy in those circumstances have the right to a refund with interest. Plus, any unregistered offerings may be considered a disqualifying "bad act". Considering that High Times should not have been offering any stocks as asked to halt sales in addition to these facts as well as following updated news on the progress it has become apparent that I am not only entitled to a refund in full under law but any possible interest & that it be returned to the card or account in which I made the initial investment with. It is in my deepest regrets to have to do so however based off the poor handling of investment requirements,not having stayed in touch and not following the law, this isn't a great start. I ask for full cooperation and ease to this. Hightimes broadcasted & offered their IPO "Initial Public Offering" starting back in 2019. We were promised the Hightimes, a brand of 50+ years would be going public & was offering to buy stock before they went public. Know & growing up with the brand, I bought $*** worth of shared on 1/13. Since then it's been lie after lie about them getting into the sales of pot & growing company but as of 1/08/22 there is still ZERO activity or even updates. This is theft. The lied & said the IPO is closing on Nov. 30th, 2021. This is at least the 5th time they've thrown out a future date that all this is supposed to happen. Date has come & gone again. I WANT MY INVESTMENT BACK! It's been 3 years they've been just sitting on my money. I could have invested this large amount of money is ANY other credible business & made a profit by now. This is left & these people should go to Prison! So Bernie can take money & do what he wants but these clowns do the same thing & NOTHING is happening.
