Popeyes food cleanliness

I went into the store it was nasty they didn't have but four people working the manager that was there acted like they didn't know what they were doing no lids and the chicken was cold and didn't look like it was cooked right I don't know what is wrong with this location now but someone need to get it back in order I love Popeyes chicken and how can they let people work there that do durg and Went to prison for stealing peoples income check

Popeyes food safety violation

Most of the behind the counter employees have no head protection on. I understand hairnets are usually hard to see, but when a hair net is worn hair lays flat. One lady's hair looks teased and one young man has jerry curls hanging out all over his head. One is wearing only a sun cap but a sun cap only restrains the from the person's face it will not prevent hair from polluting the food.

Popeyes service and products purchased

It is Friday June 8, 2018. The time is 8:34 pm. I just arrived at home with my 10 piece mixed chicken meal. I sat in line for 5 minutes then was asked to pull to the front of the store to wait for the order. I was in the car with my daughter and my dog. We sat in the car for over 25 minutes waiting for the food. There was also another car waiting in front of us (white acura suv). We waited so long I turned the car off and rolled the windows down. The food was eventually brought out with no apology no thank you just a bag. I am at home with cold sides, burnt biscuits, and 10 thighs. Me nor my daughter eat that piece of chicken. I tried calling the number [protected] it rings than states this number's mailbox is full. I then tried to call customer service which is disconnected. So I wasted $27.93 and still have to purchase something for dinner. I am very disappointed in my experience. The store number is 11848. Ticket number 4179.

Popeyes overall

Let me start off by saying that this is my now fourth attempt at giving this particular location a try. I've tried different times and different days and each time it pretty much has been the same result of disappointment. Tonight was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Corporate office should definitely know whats going on and who is repenting "Popeyes Chicken" at store #99 in Pinellas Park, Florida. You guys should send someone out to taste the food so you could see first hand what we are dealing with here. Not only is the food horrible it taste nothing like it should (I've had popeyes all my life), the employees can't count, I ordered a four piece for $5 and only got three tiny, burnt, tasteless pieces of chicken.

For the sake of Pepeye's future and any future complaints please send someone to out to help this store.

Popeyes the manager was very rude and wouldn’t serve me

Hello, I'm Mr. Ward. I would like to file a complaint against the night manager of your store at 1325 Hamner Ave, Norco, CA 92860. On May 31th, at around 8:30pm I drove though the drive through. After a woman welcomed me, I asked that she give me a moment. After a moment to decide my order, I told her my order and I gave it to her. She kept repeating the same question, mild or spicy and I repeated my order several times. She abruptly got mad and said that she would not serve me. To which I was shocked. I drove to the window and she deliberately took her time to come to the the window. And when she did, she eradicately said that she would not serve me because she said I swore at her, which I never swore and I was not mad. I understand that the speaker systems can mess up your voice sometimes. After I apologized and telling her I didn't swear at her, she still refused to serve me. This is unacceptable! Before I take this to the media, I would like the woman reprimanded. I also would like an apology from this woman. Let me assure you that I am not going away. Popeyes complaint about popeye's female manager

I am coming a complaint about Popeye's #8808. I was there today waiting on line and I think she was the manager at the cash register and she called next and when she seen me and my husband walking up the register she made a joke about us to a female employee in laugh and walked away and had the employee service us. And as soon as we left she got back on the same register again. And that upset me very much so. I hope there would be some action taken.

Popeyes dinner meal

I went through the drive through at your 2239 Bessemer Rd, Birmingham, AL location and ordered a two piece dark dinner with red beans and rice. When I got home and went to eat my dinner, I discovered I had a leg and a breast (not a thigh) and I asked for Mardi Gras Mustard but had barbecue sauce and I only had half a bowl of red beans and rice. SAD

Popeyes service

My name is Takeria Sanders I have a shift manager name Muhammed who constantly disrespects me. He has called me fat and said I dont deserve a break because I eat to much. I am on medication for my scoliosis and he gets mad when I go in the back and take my medicine. He constantly talk to me like I am nothing more than peasent to him. I have asked him nicely to leave me alone he constantly harasses me and Im tired of having to come to work and deal with him. I do nothing but show everybody respect and help everybody out but the way he treats me and talks to me I dont deserve that from anyone not even my manager.

Popeyes chicken dinner meal

On 5/18/2018 at approximately 2:32pm I ordered a three piece chicken dinner at the Ardsley Travel Plaza- store ID 4NYPOP13. I placed the order to go and decided to eat while driving. I must say that if it wasn't due to location I would have turned around and returned to the store to ask for a full refund. The food was absolutely horrible. Chicken was dried, overcooked and had a taste of being fried in old and / used oil. The biscuit and macaroni and cheese were also horrible. I have taken photo's of the meal and of the receipt. That place needs to have an inspector come and inspect it to ensure that they are not reusing old oil and to ensure that the food is not being overcooked.

Popeyes bad food and bad service

I visited Popeyes in Dallas Tx on Ross ave on Mother's Day. Our chicken tenders were can uncooked an I got food poisoning an the store is manager treated me in a disrespectful way when I went back that Monday. Because they never answered the phone he says you had to bring it back but how when I threw it up and it caused diarrhea etc they are rude an can't cook at this location

Popeyes food order

On may 14 i went to your location on mitchell ave in cincinnati Ohio. I requested two 16 pcs family meals mild and no breast. After grtting home my wife is upset with the order. Both 16 pcs had mostly breast and one box had spicy pcs and old chicken covered with fresh mild pcs. I got the receipt and noticed it was a porder ticket order. I called and couldn't speak with a manager was too busy. So we live too far from that store and too pissed off to return order. A huge waste of your product and our money. Popeyes management

me and my wife visited the popeyes in palatka fl om may 11th 2018 got there at 9:57 am my wife tried the door and it was open so we went in there was all type of people inside but the manager came to us and told us we had to leave because they were closed.yet all these people were inside we left and headed back to our car but then i thought it was rude to make us leave when they open in less than 3 min so i went back to ask for the manager she opened the door and as soon as i said are you the manager she said to me what the [censored] is your problem so i explained that we should not had been made to leave when there was other people there also she said that she had her whole family up in this [censored], i told her i was gonna contact her dm and she says really all this over some [censored]in fried chicken go ahead and call them people i dont care and as i walked to my car she stepped outsside the door and yelled go ahead with your [censored]. we called in a complaint and still heard nothing from them, but let a customer go in there and adress an employee like that and we would be in jail, better hear something soon or this is gonna go very very public.

Popeyes the whole thing

I went through the drive thru on my way back from Florida. Ordered a 10-piece box of spicy chicken, paid, and was told to go park in the spots and they would bring it out. This was at 9:42 pm. I sat and sat and no one came.

I tried going inside and all the doors were locked. It said lobby hours til 11 or something and here it is little after 10pm and everything was locked up.

There was four cars parked there and one by one, they brought food out to them. On the third car, I put my window down and she said yours is coming next and I said how much longer I have a son at the HS and will be late to pick him up. (They were coming back from a band trip).

She said it is coming by this time it was 10:20 pm over 30 minutes.

Then all of a sudden, she comes out and says here is your refund we do not have any flour to fry the chicken. Therefore, I said you just told me it was coming right out.

I then said I am going to report this because this is ridiculous to have to wait this long and no one said anything just made us wait. She just turned away and I said what is your name and she said nothing and ran back into the building.

I backed up and all the workers were standing at the drive thru staring out at us. Her attitude was completely rude and non-caring what happens. I take it she was the manager because she was the only one who wore a green polo like shirt. All the other members wore something else.

We love Popeye's and I am originally from southwest Louisiana born and raised. To have that kind of service is sad and UN called for.
Now I know when she is asked she will give you a different version as if she is a sweetheart but I had five people in my car who can clearly tell you what happened. By the way, I was late picking my son.

The sad part is I have contacted Popeye's by email and there has been no response. It has been nearly a month now.

If I give minus stars this place would be a -5.

Popeyes rude service

I went to Popeyes in Staten Island on may 11th 30 mins before they closed so i know they probably didn't have much. But more people came in and the manager or supervisor told a employee to call for a chicken and the employee refused and said "No we close in 30 mins. They should have came before. They didn't have spicy chicken which i understood because we came so late. But the way she handle the situation is uncalled for. There was no reason for her to give me an attitude because she didn't want to do her job. I don't know this girl name but she is darkskin and have black and red hair . I will no longer spend my money here.

Popeyes owner & management

Hi My Name is Chrislyn Peiritsh and I work for the Popeyes at 2010 Wharton St Pittsburgh pa owner is John laylock . I have worked for this company for almost a year even quit and came back. The reason why I quit the first time was the gm at that time rob smith who no longer is employed there was a drunk and was always drinking while on shift. Then I almost quit a week ago. Due to the fact that my pay is 7.75 mean while every other cashier started off at 8.25 I have brought my issues to several of the managers including the owner Mr. Laylock. And I'm still at 7.75 Also I collect S.S.I therefore I can only work so many hrs my hiring manager who was rob smith even verbally said I can only work 3 days a week. But yet I'm working 5 days a week. To where I can lose my ssi that covers all my bills. BUT THE MAIN REASON WHY I AM officially leaving the company is because I'm 5 weeks pregnant and tonight my shift was from 4-c and while working I had went out into the dining room to speak to John who is a manager for both Oakland and the Southside store if we had any side lids. He replied with smart comment and as I'm talking to the mgr I am rude Interrupted by a port authority bus driver who frequently visits our store turned and said to me why do u let dudes bust in you when only 3 managers new about my pregnancy so I'll admit I became upset cause why is my business be shared with a port authority driver. But yet I continue on with my job tasha who's a manger but wasn't clocked started getting tough with me but I ignored and kept doing my job. As I'm planing the biscuit a co worker Candice saw I was visibly upset about the whole situation we started talking when John the manager said "Chrislyn I replied what and yes I have a attitude he then comes in the back by where the chubbier is got into my face I can physically feel his spit land on my face as he is screaming and yelling at me I said several times u don't have to yell at me to make ur point he then said clock out as I left the office a customer asked me if I was alright and I said no. At the end of the day no matter if I'm 5 weeks or 9 months no male let alone a manager should be in my face screaming. I might not be the best employee at Popeyes and yes I have had my share of customers complaints. But I've worked my butt off for this company only called 2 times since I started always been to work on time never late never did a no call no show when I had the flu still worked when I didn't have a babysitter I had my son in the store with with the owner and manager knowing to just keep being un appreciated and treated like [censored]. I've been a cashier since I was 16 yrs and worked at every fast food joint and never once did quit due to stress or problems. Ever and I'm sure all will be able to easily replace but can u keep a cashier at the Southside location because just the first month I worked there 5 people quit because of the [censored] in that store. So with all that said I QUIT.

I went to eat at the Popeyes store #8841 on May 1, the next day I completed the online survey but until now I still haven't received any validation code. This h has happened to me twice already, made me wonder why lied?

Popeyes employment/ customer service/ employee mistreatment

My daughter worked at Popeyes for a few days at the beginning of April and was wrongfully terminated because she was sick with Norovirus that is highly contagious and had to call off 1 day. Her friend was working there and was fired the same day. The night manager named Fatu sent them a message at 8p.m. at night and said if they wanted to come back that they needed to attend a MANDATORY meeting that she just scheduled for 10. P.m that night. They were out of town for a school function and couldn't go. Today, May 1, 2018 they attempted to get their paychecks and were denied them. They were told they can't have them until Friday the 4th of May!?! It has been almost a month since they worked there. I attempted to call and speak to the manager only to be put on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on!

I am posting my comment about Popeye on River Rd. in Columbus GA. There is a employee of Popeye and he has been treated the same way. The GM of the store takes her employees for granted and holds his and other employees checks over their heads if they have missed a meeting or didn't do what they wanted. The owners and the General Manager are as cricked as they come. This employee that works there has worked hard to not be homeless again. The owners are always asking him to work in their other stores even if its in another state also maintenance around the store even if its on his off day. He has been with Popeye for 5yrs. and know the business backwards and frontwards he was even made a cook manager at one point. As a matter of fact even to this day when its time for inspection he is called on to be there before and during to get the store ready. I would think that they would value a loyal employee like that but that is not the case. He also barely makes minimum wage. This person is being taken advantage of and used and pushed out the door because of age, lack of education, and he is being harassed by the GM and the so called managers under them not mention they are relatives of the GM. Lately, the GM and other employee managers have been pushing him to the breaking point by taking off the schedule every chance they get for stupid reasons and for the whole week and you know they get paid every week. Mind you that this man works a second job and walks to both jobs every day. WOW! What ever the jealous or hatred is going on there its very hard to call them on their SH## you know. The owners and the GM never gives a print out of your hrs. so they are cheating him out money he cant keep up with all the time.
I am looking at unjust things that is going on in this store. The chain of command has been followed and now he is having to put it in righting to the Human Resources. Next is to get legal representation. I wish that everyone would stand up for themselves and come together to make Popeye publicly responsible and sue the whole corporation for mistreatment of their employees. It can be done! I cant stand by and look at someone be treated like a dog when they have only gave them loyalty. Almost all of Popeye employees are or have been in trouble with the law but that is no excuse for treating them like trash and under paying them. I am fed up with! Don't you just wish that you could really have some of those under cover bosses to come through like on television. I hope and pray that someone in their PR department and corporate reads this post because I have watched long enough the underhanded things the privately owned franchises get away with. Disgusting, disrespecting and what a revolting development of a human being rights that these so called owners are covering up with the name Popeye...

Please feel free complain to Popeye Corporate office to let them know it is not OK to treat our families and loved ones in this manner.

Popeyes store number 2582 and the service that I receive.

I went to the store number 2582 and lunch combo number 7 which is 5 pcs of chicken tenders with the side of Mac n cheese. For my drink, I ordered the 22 oz sweet tea which what I got was the ice tea but with no ice and it was unsweetened tea. Which I was not what I ordered. To top all off, there was no sauce in the either and the drive thru cashier never asked if I wanted any sauce or anything.

Popeyes food

When I visit your restaurant with my family, we have the runs. The restaurant is at westwood square mall, Malton Mississauga Ontario Canada. Their food and safety probably isn't done up to standards. This will be my last time going there. As we speak I am on the toilet. I usually have their tenders or just the regular chicken but yesterday I tried the wicked chicken. Can someone please check out this store to make sure they are doing the stuff correctly. Or else someone will be killed by food contamination.

Popeyes washroom

April 27, 2018 i visited a Popeyes in Toronto, Ontario. I went to use the public washroom, to only walk into a disaster. I understand that public washrooms do get dirty and unsanitary hence ‘public'. However, I checked the schedule of the last time it has been cleaned on the back of the washroom door and it said "April 15th 2018 at 3pm." which made me believe it hasn't been cleaned since then. Not only that, but there was only 3 stalls, 2 out of three stalls were disturbing and disgusting & the stall that was cleaned, did not have a lock on the door. I don't want to be completely ignorant because the service there from the team was excellent. They messed up my order but was completely understanding and changed it without causing me any headaches, and asked the people i was with and myself if we enjoyed our food when we were done which i think was really thoughtful. However despite the great customer service, i believe it should be a priority to make sure those washrooms are clean for your customers. Especially if they're about to eat something using their fingers for majority of the menu.
