Pizza Hut delivery order (

Store: 4200 Rainbow Blvd, Kansas City, KS [protected]

This is the first time I have ever posted a review of a bad customer experience I have had(this being the worst). However, after my experience with the Rainbow Blvd Pizza Hut I had to say something.

Yesterday, I placed an order for a pizza, wings, fries, and a diet Pepsi. The order arrived on time but upon arrival, the driver explained to me he brought regular Pepsi which was fine (it was already silly to order diet Pepsi with this particular order.) Then after the driver left, I found there were no fries in the order, so I called to explain the situation.

I didn't get a hold of the store but instead, I got a hold of a call center that was very friendly and helpful. I explained about the missing fries and wrong soda since I figured if they already had to come back, I might as well exchange the soda.I was then offered some free cheese sticks which was great.

Time went by and no one showed up, I called the store again and this time get a hold of the Rainbow store. I was told the fries were on their way but there was confusion about the diet soda, as the manager and the driver was only bringing the fries. I said okay and planned on telling the driver to just give me the fries and call it a day. Then more time passed by and no one showed up so I call the store again and got the call center. The call center told me that the store refused the remake and that I needed to contact the store.

So... I did and after getting a hold of the store I ask on the state of my order. I was then yelled at by the manager and told that the driver came and give me my fries and I refused to give back my soda. This is not what happened, no one ever showed up and the manager would not hear any of this though, she just yelled at me and hung up. I should not I very claim when talking to her (the manager).

I then called another store to get the corporate number. I think I just got another call center and they were very polite and professional. The guy I talked to was familiar with my case and had talked to the angry store manager who was the opposite of him, very professional. He helped me out and then thanked me for being claim during our conversation.

This is my first time writing a review complaining about an order/service I have received but that manger was absolutely terrible. Because of where live I have to order from this store so it goes without saying I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again and maybe Pizza Hut in general.

Pizza Hut manager

I placed the order online, payment went through, the online order said canceled, I drove to the store to express my concern over the issue. My order had never shown up, they couldn't find my card number. He made my pizza and made me pay again. Plus the price was higher than the first time around and I dont know how. By $6. This isn't my first terrible experience with this location. I would like a refund. And would like to speak to someone from your corporate office.

Pizza Hut medium pizza

My family and I went to dinner at Pizza Hut and ordered 3 medium pizzas. One with Chicken and mushroom, one with sausage and cheese, and one with half sausage and half just cheese. We also ordered wings, drinks, and breadsticks. Everything was fine except the pizzas. The dough wasn't cooked and the dough came out with garlic sauce on it which made it taste really nasty. My husband and I spent over $50 for this meal for our family and ended up with pizza we couldn't eat, while trying to feed 4 kids. So we were really disappointed. Not sure we will be coming back to the location at 53rd street in Anderson.

Pizza Hut food

On July 4, 2018 my self, husband and 3 kids under the age of 6 went to Pizza Hut in Blackfoot Idaho at 830pm .. we ordered 2 pizza's, cheese bread, hot wings and a chicken Alfredo pasta.. we received our cheese bread and sauce, We were eating it, and had finished about 75% of the sauce, our pizza had arrived to our table, and in the process of moving things around to make room for it, my 4 year old notice something in the sauce they brought us for the cheese sticks, after further looking at it with the waitress we realized it was a live bug, in the sauce we had almost finished.. she called the manager over to look at it as well.. he was very disgusted and apologized for the incident, he was very apologetic and didn't know what to even do for us.. we couldn't even finish our food, even thought he assured us that the bread stick sauce and pizza sauce were 2 different sauces.. we were so disgusted by the incident.. the next day, my 4 year old daughter had a tummy ache and had diarrhea all day.. on July 5th I called and spoke to a manager Alex about a credit the other manager had given me and that I was ready to use the credit, and he treated me like I was a liar, and like what had happened to me and my family that day wasn't even a big deal.. I was on the phone with him over 10 minutes with him questioning me about the insistent, the credit, the order that day, the time I was there, I felt like I was forcing him to give me credit.. and that I didn't deserve a credit.. I told him, how I felt and asked how he would have felt about his kids eating food with live bugs in it.. I told him that if that's how I was going to be treated I didn't want to order there.. and hung up..

Pizza Hut pizza

Ordered online on 8/3/18 when I received my order one pizza was burnt and the pan pizza was so thin it looked like hand tossed. Had some kind of green sauce on parts of the crust. I called and put in a complaint and had another order delivered well this time the pan pizza was good but the thin crust had absolutely no sauce. I usually am not one to complain but the last few orders we have placed at this location have been unsatisfying. I did not call back when we received the second order simply because it was just to late.

Something has to be done to the management at this location because I feel if their job was being done orders like received would not go out.

Pizza Hut refusing to serve us

On August 05, 2018 we were refused to be let in your establishment. Me and my family was stopped at the door. Before we could even enter the restaurant white woman said that there were no more pizza. We were the only black family there. But she did not turn anyone other than us away. I wouldn't suggest this establishment to anyone if you are treating people like this. @ 721 E Main St, Luray, VA 22835

Pizza Hut pizza/customer service

I ordered two large stuffed crust pizza and two double orders of bread sticks. The crust and bread sticks were extremely hard and when I called for a refund they expected me to drive the half hour ONE WAY all the way back for them to give me the refund. My pizzas and bread sticks shouldn't have been messed up in the first place. I spent $64.22 to have an awesome meal instead I received hard pizza that ended up in the trash. Worst experience ever next time I'll go to papas John's or dominoes. They offered a credit and that's it. I'd rather have my money back so I don't have to waste it on hard [censored] pizza again and [censored]ty customer service.

Pizza Hut cheesy bite pizza received upon delivery

My husband and I ordered apizza from the same Pizza Hut that we ordered last year when they had the cheesy bite pizza out, well we thought Since we don't have our daughter tonight we would get a pizza... well upon arrival we got a (cold) mess, that looked like it was a week old, so messy and oily... the cheesy bites looked like they were just thrown on with all the cheese cooked out, and it was so thin, plus it looked like a Rat was in the pizza havin a party. when we called to complain, the guy said he new exactly what pizza we were talking about, and he had told the workers to make it again(but they did not) so he said that he was going to make a new pizza himself, and deliver it... so we said ok... well we waited... and waited some more and finally that got her A HOUR and some minutes later (WTF) upon opening that pizza, it looked pretty much the same... but we were done we ate it, not good, it was thin, thin it was floppy it didn't hold up and it just fell apart. I don't know but we were really disappointed with our cheesy bite pizza from this location, and 2 times is really unexcetable... when last year we got one that was yummy and looked presentable! The first time, timing was good and the pizza was so terrible, and try 2 timing was really bad and the pizza again was sloppily made, greedy, falling apart, droopy and just very raw like cheesy bites, no cheese in them at all... I'm finished, this location is the worst, we had a problem befor about a year ago... when they took hours to come out after we ordered and were only about 10 minutes down the road. Really this place needs to get new employees, and there [censored] together or be [censored] down!

Pizza Hut 2 topping pizzas

Last night we ordered four 2-topping pizzas from Pizza Hut (700 Terry Parkway, suite 1, Gretna, La. 70056. [protected]). We placed our order at 5:08pm and it was delivered at 6:15pm. We are not complaining about the wait time- however, when they were delivered all 4 pizzas were cold, dry and had no taste whatsoever! There were three different kinds of pizzas and everyone said that it didn't matter which one you ate because they all tasted the same- cold and dry. We actually threw one whole pizza away because nobody wanted the leftovers. This "mistake" cost us over $30. We were extremely disappointed and embarrassed to serve our company these dried out cold pizza. Warming them in the microwave did nothing to enhance their taste.

Pizza Hut associates

We waited 5 min. befor anyone asked to help us.
There was 6 associates working . 3 customers in the store. You coulds ee they were doing busy work.
I ordered a beer and my husband ordered a ice tea.
Another waiter brought the beer, but no one brought a ice tea. We waited for a few momements and then we asked a different waitress for a tea.
We waited about 15 min. for the pizzza wich was fine. My beer was just about empty. The waitress brought the pizza out with out speaking one word like she did the entire visit.
2 slices of th pizza had no cheese on it at all and the rest of the pizza you could see through tharough the cheese and was mostly sauce. I kept looking for the waiter but the would look away or walk away when i tried to get her attention. Not oneve did any one ask how was the pizza or di we need anything or another drink.
She dropped the check off and never said a word.
I love Pizza hut. But i will never go the Bedford one again,

Pizza Hut service at glendale dr in wilson nc

Husband and I were out for dinner at Pizza Hut on Glendale in wilson N.C. had been many times and is usually pretty good service. Today we ordered a large thin crust pizza and large or of cheese sticks extra cheese. After about 20 min, pizza comes out, we asked about cheese sticks and are told "they're coming". 15 min.later, no cheese sticks. Customer came in after us and order to go and he got his food, still no cheese sticks. I had to go to counter and ask for them. They were on the back counter and no one knew where they were. Maninara sauce was cold. Was told that "we just made it so that's why it's cold". I asked they warm saice and was told it would be another 2 min. By then breadsticks would be cold. I requested Monet back for breadsticks and manager gave me my money. We left after. Not sure we will go back to this location.

Pizza Hut order never delivered

I called Pizza Hut's hotline in EGYPT at 9:40pm ordering a large seafood pizza + 4 coca cola cans, and was advised that I would receive the order within 45 minutes.

At 10:48pm I called again as nobody showed up and was put on hold until finally someone came on the line and advised that he would have the branch manager contact me regarding the reason for delay.

Until 11:15pm no one called so I called again and the same guy promised that the branch manager would call me right away. A couple of minutes later I received a call advising that the call centre did not process my order, and that they would deliver it in another 25 minutes, which was totally unprofessional and unacceptable, as I wasn't about to wait till midnight to receive a pizza.

I most certainly will never order anything from Pizza Hut EGYPT again as long as their management staff are as totally uncaring and unproffesional as I discovered.

Pizza Hut service

On 8/4/18 I walked into pizza hut with my family my son went into the bathroom and my wife did and water was coming out the urine stall in the men's and water was coming out the women's toilet seat we told the server the cook went in the bathrooms to mop it up and mopped the dinning room part of the restraint with the same toilet water and dropped the mop bucket he had no gloves or nothing on them after he was done he went around and started to cook the pizzas with no gloves and didn't wash his hands then the server never came to our tables not even once we had to go up to the front to get refills every time and we had to get the check in the front when we were done also the pizza was thinnest pizza I have ever got there horrible we had ordered cinnamon sticks to go when we ordered and we never got them she told me when we were all done it will be a lost 2 more minutes and 20 minutes past and nothing so I asked for a refund on the cinnamon sticks and then she tried to chanrge me for a refill 3 dollars I said I want a refund back then finally she gave me a refund on my cinnamon sticks that I never received was very unhappy

Pizza Hut late and cold pizza

Pizza was supposed to arrive at 10:40pm but didn't I called Pizza Hut at 10:52 and they said it was on the way? The store is only five minutes from my house and it wasn't until 11:15 that I got my pizza and it was dried out and cold! They were already refusing calls bc they were closed at this point and manager never apologized for any of it! This specific store is always late and employees are lazy and slow! I watch them touch food with there bare hands and I'll never order from this location again! People are paying for there food and good service and you PIZZA HUT are not providing that!

Pizza Hut my online orders I have been placing

I am calling to complain about my online orders that I place. It right after I place my order 6/10 minutes later it says order in route than 10 minutes delivered and my order never get here until 20-25 minutes later. I have worked for Pizza Hut and the manager Brittany is doing illegal things to make her store. She is also voiding out pizza and trading with Taco Bell for tacos. That is considering stealing.

Pizza Hut delivery

I completed an online order at 8:56 on today August 3, 2018 and was given the delivery time of 9:35pm and here it is 10:19 pm and I still haven't received my pizza and called the store and was told my order was out for delivery and after 15 minutes and now no one is answering my calls. I have my call logged saved and it's now 10:22 pm and I have crying kids and Pizza Hut is not answering for me to cancel my order because I need to leave and feed my children. This is ridiculous

Pizza Hut order.

Called a store in Stone Mountain for delivery. Order was taken and payment was issued via card. An hour later we called to see where our food was and the store said there was no record of the call, order, or credit card number. The store was the south Hairiston store and the employees refused to offer names or to provide a manager. The payment is showing as processed in my account and no one can explain why from the store we ordered from. They say they don't deliver to this address yet delivered last night.

Pizza Hut pizza and wings

I bought a pizza and wings on 8/2/18 the pizza was all over the box. The pizza was so thin I couldn't pick it up without my fingers going through the crust, which your manager Kevin said that's the way it supposed to be. The wing were melted to the plastic container. No sauce on the wings but I ordered honey bbq. Worst pizza and wings I've ever eaten.

Pizza Hut I did not receive the correct thing that I ordered

On July 28, 2018 I had ordered three large pizzas and a dinner box. I had put that I wanted the buttery garlic crust on all the large pizzas, which none of them had, they were all plain crust. I also ordered the bread sticks in the dinner box to be cheese, which I had received the normal breadsticks, and the cheese ones cost me extra. I was just upset with how the order turned out and I was really upset that I had paid extra money for nothing extra. This Pizza Hut was the one in Branson West, Missouri and it wasn't the first time that they've messed up my order. This time was just a one-time-too-many thing and I feel like I should've got what I wanted in my order that cost $40.93. Thank you for your time!

Pizza Hut delivery/rude manager issue

I live exactly 2 miles from Vaughn road pizza hut I live on Vaughn Road after being on the phone with employee for 10 minutes giving her my address 4 times she begins taking my order I aks a question about special that was advertised on tv and sign 2 medium pizzas for 5.99 each and she puts me on hold 5 min and then says what is your address, I tell her and she says we don't deliver there. I said I am literally 2 miles from you on Vaughn road why do you not deliver here the papa John's 1 mile further up the road delivers here, she said I don't know. I said well can I speak with a manager because that is weird, she does not put me on hold I hear her speak to manager and her them say tell her I'm to busy to talk. The employee then picks up phone and says the manager is to busy to speak to you. The job of a manager is customer service, I just wanted a reason for not delivering to a paying customer. I call the pizza hut 3 miles from my house and say hey before I order can I give you my address because i was just told they didn't deliver to me and she pulls up my address and says Vaughn road is suppose to deliver to you. Unbelievable! Pizza hut use to be my favorite but I will never order or attempt to order needless to say Papa John's for dinner
