I've just now had a horrendous experience with this company. I had ordered a pizza around 3:18 and when I found myself waiting for at the two hour mark I decided to call to see what was going on. When I called no one even picked up the first time. I redialed and when I was explaining the situation someone just hung up on me. I was right in the middle of a sentence. Is that how you should treat your customers? I don't think so. When the pizza finally showed up, to my surprise (but not really) the order was wrong. Can I be compensated for my incorrect order and wasted time and not to mention horrible treatment on your part of the company?
