Nomorerack / They closed my account

I still haven't received a tracking number for my order placed on Nov. 26th. I complained to nomorerack about several issues with the product I ordered. They falsely advertised them as being authentic... After my complaints through email, post on their facebook page, and through customer support (the 1 time I got through) they have now closed my account. I certainly do not care since I will not be ordering from them again, but they will be hearing more from me and my representative (attorney) if they do not refund my money.
