unauthorized account deletion

I asked them to stop sending emails to my account (spamming) regardless of turning off all email notifications on their website. A staff associate decided to delete my family's account because we shared the same address and felt that was the reason. The emails used are completely different and are in no way linked or associated with each other. Now I still have an account but my family does not.

There is no way to contact them other than email, which is very fustrating, and is not good business ettiquete on their part.

I have retained all copies of the email coorespondance for future proof that I did not request the deactivation of an account that is not mine. This is a major security breech and clearly shows evidence that anyone can request to delete another users account without their permission.
