I'm complaining about an additional charge for a service I did not order. I'm a retired service connected veteran who has been a client of netflix for a couple years. I've got 1 (one) tv why would I set up for 4 screens. I'm on a fixed income and I can only pay the amount i've been paying for one (1) screen at $8.99 not it's $13.09. I spoke with customer service and became very angry, because I felt robbed by netflix. I never signed up for 4 screens. Its bad enough I have to fight for my va benefits, now netflix decides that I need to pay for 4 screens and increase my payments. Customer service has gone down the toilet!!!
