I had been searching for an over sized rustic looking switch plate for my living room and found this company on the web and liked the looks of their product, but before I purchased it I needed the dimensions to ensure it would cover some imperfections around the outlet. Their website provides a number to call if there are specific questions about their products and states that this number should only be used for specific product information only. [protected]). I called this number numerous times and each time no live person answered the phone nor did it ever ring...it just went to a voice mail. I chose not to leave a message because I wanted to have a conversation with a "LIVE" person, not a recording. No big deal...right. NOT. Out of the blue I get a phone call from a guy on the other end asking me for my name????? I asked him "who is calling", he identified himself and began YELLING at me for calling his number so many times and threatening me by calling my local police department and reporting me for harassing him. I tried to explain to him that my call was based on questions about his product and that I used the number that was provided on the website. He was so irate, that he wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. He kept repeating that I called too many times. NEVER once did I hang up or harass anyone. I simply chose not to leave a message. By the way...Since when does not leaving a message on a customer service business number and also a number that didn't ring and goes straight to a voice mail constitute harassment !!! What a Joke. I wonder about a company that publishes a number that doesn't ring and doesn't offer a LIVE person to help you?????...and then calls you back ripping your A$$ because you called too many times to buy their product. Makes no sense to me. Oh Yeah...he told me to not call his company again. Ummmm...I don't think he has anything to worry about. I will NEVER NEVER be calling them again. I will take my business elsewhere where answering the phone is NOT an issue. I am 49 years old and have dealt with the public for most of my life and for the life of me do not understand his obnoxious, rude and unprofessional behavior towards a potential customer wanting questions answered. Go figure ??????? Please don't waste your valuable time and energy with this company!!! They don't appear to want your business.
