They shipped to the billing address instead of shipping address without asking me if that is ok. I wrote them an email and said that I do not need the items at the billing address and I received a very rude answer from Lisa. I said she should cancel the order if they do not ship to APO and not just randomly ship to the billing address without prior confirmation that this address will work too. She is not willing to cooperate OR cancel the order. NEVER AGAIN.

Hello, as stated in the terms agreed to before placing the order:
"Sorry, we are not setup to ship to FPO/APO addresses... Shipping to an address other than your billing address will be done at our discretion."
The order was shipped as the email stated.
