my son made a one time purchase for xbox silver plan. but charges showed up on my credit card statement that he did not make. i called microsoft at the number they give me on my statement and told them the charges was not ours and they agreed to credit the charges back to our card. i canceled the card so they could not do it again. that stoped my statements. a year later we get a letter in the mail saying they were suing us for charges from microsoft from 17 monthes ago. when i called microsoft they said they never recieved call from us telling them these charges were not ours. so they never credited card back. i wanted them to pull up phone records showing that i did call, they did but then they wanted to know why i wanted to disbute charges now. i ask for some one higher than her to talk with, but was told she was on phone for a conference, and was told she would give me a call back in 24 to 48 hours. we'll see. please say a prayer for me. we cannot afford to pay credit card all these penalties and fees for 17 monthes. thanks, mad in alabama
