I was so excited to get my new speakers from PCHub, but when they arrived, they were broken! I was so disappointed. I mean, seriously, what's up with that tracking info? It's almost useless, with changes to the delivery date happening all the time. And when I reached out to their customer service team, they told me that they don't even track the shipment because it's free delivery. What kind of nonsense is that?

To make matters worse, it can take up to 60 days for your order to arrive. I mean, come on. If I had known that, I would have gone somewhere else to buy what I needed. It's just not worth the aggravation.
