Lolli Couture terrible company

I ordered shoes from this company and I am regretting it big time, I wish I read the reviews before ordering but it's too late now. I've been emailing them but no replies and my order is stuck on processing and has been like that for 3 weeks now and I've got a big even to go to and thought I found the perfect shoes for my dress and should've thinked twice. I got charged big time because there's big difference between Australian and US money. Please pass it on and tell your friends/ family or whoever to not order anything from this company. They're scammers. They might advertise things and make it look so pretty and make you really want it but it won't be the same when it arrives to you, that is if you're lucky enough for it to get there. All I'm saying is DON'T BOTHER YOURSELF SPEND IT ON SOMETHING ELSE AND DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM LOLLICOUTURE!

Lolli Couture Don't waste your time

I ordered a dress, but then changed my mind and immediately sent a request to cancel it BEFORE shipping. They said that cancellation is impossible, even though I hadn't even paid. I think they just preferred not to their job and were lazy enough to cancel it. Ok, if so, I decided to buy it and paid an extra fee for express delivery. It arrived 8 days later. Express. Delivery.
That's all. I'm done with them. Be aware!

Lolli Couture this company steals your money

Do yourself a favor and look at their Better Business Bureau. This company never sent me my product said that they would refund me now I've been fighting with them to get my refund because they have multiple reasons why they can't provide it. It started out that they were unable to refund me my money until I close my complained I had made with PayPal's. So being stupid and thinking that they would be honest I went ahead and I close them giving up any rights to continue with that claim. I have shown them more than once that is closed their still refusing I have 26 back-and-forth emails between them and myself. Please stay away from this company for your own good

Lolli Couture customer service / returns

customer service is terrible! return policy is the worst! i was allowed to return one item of the three that did not fit. i followed all the directions and tracked my package to make sure they received it, and they never gave me my refund. i had to email them 5 times to get an answer and all they said was that they didn't receive the package (ups tracking says they did)

Lolli Couture Slow and unprofessional service

Bought a pair of jeans in medium size and the ones I received were very small and did not fit.
Lollicouture gave me a really hard time and it was very difficult to deal with them. I found their contact phone number and spoke with one of their reps. He said that I was supposed to send them a message with detailed explanation. I did as they said but received no reply back and decided to call again. Their rep said that they did not had time to reply, but assured me that they saw my message and were working on it. No result!
Last time when I contacted Lollicouture they told that they need more time to find the best resolution.

Lolli Couture Product and service

Please do not waste any of your time with these people. I ordered a jumpsuit and before the order shipped I sent a request to have the order cancelled, this was because I realized I would not get it time for the event. They replied and said they were not sure they can stop the order... Meanwhile it was not charged yet. That was a lie! I do not believe any effort was made to cancel my order. I had to constantly reach out to find out about my return and refund, only in the end to be issued a credit. And to top it off! I paid for express that didn't come when needed. I would have kept the item if it was the right item but it wasn't and with all this I cannot get my money back! They issued me a store credit! I don't want nothing from these scammers!. Waste of time and money!

Lolli Couture Refund not received, unethical behavior, item not received

This company is a shameful and horrible company. Not legitimate and I see now that they are not BBB accredited. I ordered two items of clothing from this company, after i did not receive after 3.5 weeks I finally emailed them. It wasn't until I opened a dispute with paypal that they decided to ship one half of my order. Most likely hoping I would just forget about it. 2 months later, I still do not have half of my order or a refund for the other part of my order. This is theft. I am speaking to a lawyer, this business should be shut down for is reprehensible practices. The one item I received from them wasn't even as described and was something a 6 year old could not even fit, with hanging threads and a rip.

Lolli Couture SCAMMED BY Lollicouture.com

Ordered 6 pairs of shoes in size 7.
2 pairs came in the wrong size.
3 pairs came without boxes just thrown in bags and squished.
Lip gloss missing from order.

They don't reply to emails, and it's nearly impossible to get a representative on the phone. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They never said some of the shoes would be missing boxes. They will only let me return the two pairs of incorrect shoes if I pay for the return shipping! Ridiculous. I don't trust I would even receive the refund if I spent my time and money shipping the wrong shoes back to them back. Total scam. I never write negative reviews, but I hope my story will help protect others from getting scammed by this "company."

Lolli Couture Customer service was not helpful

I made a huge order and purchased lots of clothing from www.lollicouture.com. I have a webpage where I help people to order some stuff from online stores. So there was a big order, people paid me money and I ordered from lollicouture. But the entire order never showed up! When I opened the box several pieces were missing! I immediately contacted customer service and was told that pieces of clothing that never arrived were no longer in stock. They also promised to return my money, but those were only promises and I did not receive a refund. So basically people gave me money, I wasted it on who knows what and in the end lost everything! Stay away from this scam site!

Lolli Couture Purchased two months ago and my order is still processing!!

I will never order anything from these scammers again! I made my order about two months ago and received nothing yet! My order is still processing and it has never even shipped out! I tried to contact them countless times, called and emailed, but no one ever answered! I have no idea what to do, I can't even cancel my order! Too bad I did not read the reviews before I made an order. Lollicouture is s total joke! They stole my money! Stay far away!

Lolli Couture Order is still processing

I placed my order two weeks ago and it is still processing! I sent them several messages and was told that my order will be shipped soon. How soon? Then I wend online and found many terrible reviews! I doubt that I will ever get anything! LolliCouture is a total scam website and I feel like I've just wasted my money. Well, only two weeks passed and I still have hope. Even if I'll get my stuff I will never order anything again.

Lolli Couture No tracking information

I have ordered several items from this website. After I paid I received a payment confirmation email but there was no tracking number. After tons of messages they finally gave me one, but it was invalid! So it was absolutely impossible to track my parcel. I still received nothing and I have no idea where my stuff is. Lollicouture customer service is a total joke, they don't know anything! My order was placed two months ago.

I agree totally! I just wish I had read all these reviews before I ordered from them! They are a bunch of snakes in the grass! How do they live with themselves? They stole my money and won't send me anything and told me they shipped it but never did and now won't answer phone or answer my e-mails! I don't know how they get away with thia crap! I really wanted those shoes! Filed dispute with PayPal and complaint with BBB and FTC! I am worried they will lie to PayPal and I won't get my money back! Please let karma get them!

Lolli Couture Ridiculous people

I was a first time customer and was very excited when I found Lollicouture website. I have ordered a pair shoes and two cute dresses from this website. They took my money but I never received any confirmation emails! Two months already passed and I received nothing yet! I sent them several emails and asked about the status of my order, but instead of some information I received a survey and they asked me to leave a positive feedback. What? These people are beyond ridiculous!

Lolli Couture Stay far away!

Worst place to shop! I have purchased some items from this site and got nothing. One months later I finally received a message from Lollicouture customer support stating my items were no longer in stock. They offered me to pick something else, which I did, but still nothing! I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted with this company! I emailed them several times about my refund, but never received a reply. Total waste of money and time. Stay far away!

Lolli Couture Stole my money!

Total waste of money! I've ordered some really cute stuff from Lollicouture months ago and received nothing! I've wasted three months trying to get my money back, but they still refuse and claim that my order is on its way! Absolutely pathetic!
And I even paid extra money for faster shipping! So where is my order! I have no idea when or will I receive my stuff. Three months already passed and I doubt that I'll ever get anything. This place is terrible! They stole my money and they should be punished for scamming people! Better avoid Lollicouture!

Lolli Couture Horrible!

I've ordered a dress from Lollicouture and needed it for a dance contest. I needed it for a certain date and they promised I'll get it on time. I never received my dress, and I had to buy one from a local store. I contacted them many times, asked about the status of my order, then I asked for a refund, but never received a reply. I'm very disappointed. I am not happy with my experience and I'll never order anything from them again.

Lolli Couture Disappointed!

I made an order and the next day called Lollicouture to cancel it. When I called I was put on hold for about 20 minutes. When I finally reached someone from the company the person I spoke to was very rude and very unprofessional. The rep told that it was already to late and dropped the phone! I tried to call again, but no one answered. The poor customer service and overdue shipping time caused me to not only refuse to place any future orders, but highly recommend that anyone I know do the same. I'll ever order anything from them again!

Lolli Couture Extremely long processing time!

I was super excited about ordering clothes from lollicouture. Unfortunately, I made a huge mistake when I decided to order something from this website. I've ordered over a month ago and to make things worse, my clothes are still being processes! I contacted them many times and spoke with their rep. The person I spoke with said that usually it takes 2-3 days for orders to be processed and shipped. I also asked if there was any way they could expedite my order, and their rep told me it would be an additional $20. I have no idea will I ever received anything and I'm very disappointed.

Lolli Couture Product not received

It took them about three weeks to deliver my order. When I received it some items were missing. So I contacted LolliCouture and was told that the missing items were on backorder and I have to wait 7-10 more days to get them. 10 days later I contacted them again and said that nothing arrived and then was promised a refund. Well, of course they never gave my money back. Never again I will buy anything from this scam website.

Lolli Couture Poor service

I saw LolliCouture advertisement on Facebook and immediately checked out their website. I bought one swimsuits and two dresses from them. I paid through PayPal and immediately received a confirmation email stating that my payment was accepted. It's been three weeks since I ordered and received nothing yet. I never heard anything from them, I have no idea had my order shipped or not, there was no tracking information, absolutely nothing! I'm beginning to doubt I'll receive my order.
