SuzyShier They don't honor their exchange policy

Careful shopping in the Calgary downtown location! They don't honor their exchange policy. Tried to exchange a set of bracelets. Was told jewelry can't be exchanged but their policy clearly states: No exchange or store credit available on earrings, intimate apparel or merchandise reduced by 50% or more." None of this applied to my purchase yet an exchange was refused. Escalated to the District Manager who in an email, confirmed, he is also unaware of the stores' policy as he also said jewelry could not be exchanged. Either honor your existing policies, Suzy Shier, or change the wording. Simple.

SuzyShier Disappointing Quality and Customer Service at SuzyShier - Not Worth the Hassle

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with SuzyShier. The clothes are just not up to par - I mean, I've bought stuff from there before and it's fallen apart after just a few wears. And don't even get me started on their customer service. It's the worst I've ever experienced. They won't even give you a refund - you're stuck with store credit or an exchange. What kind of nonsense is that?

And then there's the staff. I had a really bad experience with them. They tricked me into buying a discount card for $4 because I'd spent over $100, but when I got my receipt, they'd actually charged me $25! That's just plain dishonest. I can't believe they have people like that working for them.

Honestly, I'm never going back to SuzyShier. And I'm telling everyone I know to stay away too. It's just not worth the hassle.

SuzyShier Disappointing Return Policy: My Experience at SuzyShier

SuzyShier is a store that I recently visited and I have to say, I was not impressed. I had some questions about their return policy and when I asked the cashier, she gave me a speech that was so fast, I could barely keep up. It was like she had rehearsed it a million times and just wanted to get it over with. I felt like the important details were lost in the shuffle.

When I tried to return a top that I had purchased, I was met with the same rehearsed speech, but this time it was delivered at a normal pace with a lot more emphasis. I was disappointed to find out that their return policy was not very customer-friendly. It's frustrating when a company doesn't stand behind their own products.

Overall, I would say that SuzyShier is just another consumer rip off. I wouldn't recommend shopping there unless you're okay with their strict return policy. It's a shame because they have some cute clothes, but it's not worth the hassle if you can't return something that doesn't work out.

SuzyShier SuzyShier: Cute Clothes, Disappointing Quality

The clothes from SuzyShier ain't the best quality out there. I mean, I've had pants from them that just fall apart after a few wears. The zipper breaks, the seams split, and buttons just pop off like nobody's business. It's a real bummer because their clothes are so cute! But I ain't about to spend a ton of money on something that's gonna fall apart after a few wears.

That being said, I do still shop at SuzyShier. I just wait for their clothes to go on clearance or for a really good discount. I figure if I'm only gonna get a few wears out of something, I might as well not spend a ton of money on it.

But seriously, SuzyShier needs to step up their quality game. It's not like I'm doing anything crazy in their clothes - just wearing them like a normal human being. It's frustrating to have to constantly replace clothes because they fall apart so easily.

Overall, I'd say SuzyShier is worth checking out if you're on a budget and don't mind replacing clothes frequently. But if you're looking for something that's gonna last, you might wanna look elsewhere.

SuzyShier Disappointing Customer Service Experience at SuzyShier: Lack of Professionalism and Sensitivity

I recently visited SuzyShier's website and had a less than pleasant experience with their customer service. My family and I had some trouble with the store lady who seemed to be quite arrogant and rude towards us. Even the store manager, who was a short girl, was also very disrespectful. It was disappointing to see that their staff lacked basic customer management skills and needed to be trained.

In addition, it seemed like they were not aware of the impact that Covid has had on businesses. With so many stores closing down, it is important for businesses to have well-mannered and sensible staff to ensure that customers feel comfortable and safe. Unfortunately, this was not the case with SuzyShier.

If they do not make changes to their staff and focus on improving their customer service, it will not be long before this store closes down too. Overall, I would give this store zero points for their pathetic customer service and unprofessional staff members.

SuzyShier Unjustly Accused of Theft at SuzyShier: A Disappointing Experience

So, I recently had an experience at SuzyShier that left me feeling pretty upset. I went into the store and tried on a cute top in the change room. I was really excited to buy it and was on my way to the cashier when a sales associate grabbed my arm from behind. She accused me of stealing and said she found a coat hanger in the change room. I was so confused and embarrassed, I didn't know what to say. I held up the shirt and tried to explain that I was going to buy it, but she didn't believe me.

I felt so violated and embarrassed that I just tossed the shirt onto a nearby table and walked out. I've never shoplifted in my life and I definitely wasn't trying to. It's really frustrating that I was treated like a criminal for no reason. I understand that the sales associate was just doing her job, but the way she grabbed me was really aggressive and made me feel unsafe.

Looking back on the situation, I realize that what she did was actually criminal assault. It's not okay for someone to grab you like that, especially when you haven't done anything wrong. I'm really disappointed in SuzyShier for allowing their employees to treat customers this way. I don't think I'll be shopping there again anytime soon.

Overall, I think SuzyShier has some work to do when it comes to customer service and employee training. It's important to treat customers with respect and dignity, even if there's a suspicion of theft. SuzyShier Disappointing Customer Service Experience at SuzyShier in Trinity Common Mall

I recently had a not-so-great experience at SuzyShier located in Trinity Common Mall, Brampton. The staff there were quite rude and their customer service skills were the worst I've ever seen. Even the manager had no idea how to treat customers with respect. The girls working there kept yelling at customers and didn't seem to have any sense of professionalism.

To make matters worse, they didn't have any fitting rooms open due to COVID-19 restrictions, which is understandable, but they also didn't offer refunds or store credit for sale items. I found this to be quite disappointing and frustrating. It's a shame that they have such pathetic policies in place.

After my experience, I don't think I'll be going back to SuzyShier anytime soon. I would suggest that the staff there receive some customer service training so that they can better serve their customers. It's important to treat customers with respect and make them feel valued, especially during these difficult times.

SuzyShier Terrible Online Ordering Experience with SuzyShier: Order Never Arrived and Poor Customer Service

My experience with SuzyShier's online ordering was absolutely terrible. I was so excited to purchase some new summer clothes a few weeks ago, but unfortunately, my order never arrived. According to customer service, my order was supposed to be shipped within 10 to 12 days, but that never happened. I even reached out to customer service through email, but all I received was the same automated response over and over again. It's like I'm talking to a robot instead of a real person!

I'm starting to lose hope that I'll ever receive my order. I mean, it's already been weeks and I still haven't heard anything about my shipment. I'm not even sure if I'll get my clothes before the end of summer at this point. It's so frustrating!

To make matters worse, stores are starting to reopen now and I'm regretting my decision to order online. I should have just waited until I could go to the store in person. I don't think I'll be ordering from SuzyShier again anytime soon. This experience has really left a bad taste in my mouth.

SuzyShier Disappointing Experience with SuzyShier's Online Order and Customer Service

I placed an order on SuzyShier's website on June 22nd, and it's now July 15th, and I still haven't received any confirmation of my order. Luckily, I took a screenshot of my payment on my computer, just in case. I've contacted customer service multiple times, and every time I get the same response: "10-12 business days, we're sorry, we're busy." It's frustrating to not have any updates on my order, and it seems like they're not doing anything to fix the issue.

Finally, after contacting them again today, they told me that my order was shipped last Friday with a tracking number. However, I find it hard to believe that Canada Post would take three days to confirm shipping, and when I checked the tracking number, it didn't exist. So, I'm assuming that they just shipped my order today after I told them I wanted a refund.

It's a shame because SuzyShier has great sales, but I won't be shopping online with them ever again. The lack of communication and false promises are not worth the hassle. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

SuzyShier SuzyShier Review: Terrible Customer Service and Non-Delivery of Order

I had a really bad experience with SuzyShier. I ordered a dress from their website 17 days ago, but it never arrived. I tried to contact them by email several times, but all I got was the same computer-generated message. It was really frustrating! Last week, they even blocked my email because I kept asking for my money back. Can you believe it? I was so disappointed. I used to be a loyal customer, but now I will never buy anything from them again. I'm sure they will close down soon for scamming people. It's a shame that businesses like this exist.

I decided to file a dispute with my credit card company. They will investigate the situation and hopefully I will get my money back. I'm not going to let SuzyShier get away with this! They need to pay for their mistakes. I hope other people will be careful and not buy anything from them. They will take your money and you will never see what you ordered. It's not worth the risk.

Overall, I was really disappointed with SuzyShier. They lost a good customer and I'm sure I'm not the only one. It's important for businesses to be honest and transparent with their customers. SuzyShier SuzyShier Review: Affordable Quality Clothing with Long Shipping Time

SuzyShier is a great place to shop for those who want quality clothing at affordable prices. The quality of their clothing is decent and the pricing is reasonable. They offer great deals online, which is much better than shopping in-store where you'll pay much more for the same item. However, be prepared to wait a while for your order to arrive. Shipping takes FOREVER, with a 10 business day fulfillment time and another 2 weeks give or take for delivery. This is because they use TForce delivery, which is notorious for terrible delivery times and customer service.

Despite the long wait, I still recommend SuzyShier for online shopping and deals. Just make sure to buy for the upcoming season, not the current one, and you shouldn't be disappointed. Their sizing is on the larger side, so I usually size down.

Overall, SuzyShier is a great option for those who want quality clothing at affordable prices. Their online deals are worth the wait, just be prepared for a long shipping time.
