So, I bought a couple of jumpers from SilkFred and when they arrived, they weren't what I was expecting. I sent them back and waited for confirmation that they had received them. I had to keep chasing them up about it, which was a bit annoying. But then, they went and refused to give me a refund! They've got my jumpers and my money now, and they won't give either back. They're saying that they don't have to refund me, which is a load of rubbish if you ask me. I wouldn't recommend using them at all - they're just trying to rip people off.
