I have purchased a coat from this store and the one I received was defective. I contacted LightInTheBox and asked for a replacement. When they asked what was the reason and I told them that there was a hole in the pocket they said that was not a big problem. According to them hole was not a good reason to go through the entire return process. They said that I can take it to the tailor and fix it there. I can't even describe how angry I was when they said that. LightInTheBox sold me a defective product and refused to do anything about that. The worst part was that they tried to assure me to keep the coat and claimed that there was nothing more to discuss. I wasted a lot of time trying to get this matter resolved, but they didn't give me a chance! I'm extremely disappointed with this site!
