I have had my post taken down for duplicates and I don't have duplicates.Do not have any idea why this is happening. I get so mad when this happens. Also I have a pool liner that keeps getting taken down for poor quality. How else can I sell a pool liner as it is the same picture that is on the pool liner website? I can send a picture of the pool but then people will be thinking I have a pool for sale. I am pretty much done with letgo.
I have a generator for sale, "Mike" sent me a question, when I tried to answer the question an "OPPS" screen popped up ans I couldn't get to him. Please tell me what to do.

I have had several people email me about items for sale and it won't let me reply
I sent them $135 as a down payment on a phone. I have messaged them several times about a refund, WHICH THEY OFFERED ME, when I did not receive the phone. I am still unable to get in touch w them and now their account is under review.

I am not able to mark items as sold on my desktop, but I am able to on my phone app. WHY?
This guy Mike Ritcher scammed me with PayPal and sent me pictures of the money he was gonna transfer, and canceled the transfer for the $100 he owed me for $125 in iTunes credit. I have put one bed for sale on here, been contacted by 3 fake people and nothing else? They send me a message asking if it's still available, I reply "yes it is" and never hear another word from any of them. I have no option to report the accounts as fake and it's annoying as hell.
I bought a iPhone from Sergio roman for 200 dollars and he scammed us and took our money I am calling the cops and making sure this app is getting taken down it's a bunch of scams and [censored]. Don't buy from this app at all. They scam you and delete their account. If I don't get my money back I will go to the cops.

I bought a chain from someone, supposedly 14kt gold . I took it to get it tested today, it turned out it's fake!
I messaged him, he never answered back, I reported it to letgo and haven't heard from anyone yet.
Seriously I'm disappointed by his actions and just to see that he's still selling here it's really disturbing.

I'm trying to sell my Xbox one and my PS4 as a bundle and it keeps on being discarded for no reason. Says the post was flagged as duplicated which isn't true because I've only listed it once and this is the third time in a row it's been discarded!
Every time I try to sign in with my account or my Facebook account it tells me that it's under review it's been doing this for three months I have no idea why I want to know why I can't get on my account on my letgo app this is getting annoying and I'm getting frustrated and I'm ready to find out why it's getting ridiculous

I purchased a washer and dryer in letgo. The man (mike) delivered and left. when we hooked them up they didnt work. I messaged him and he said he would replace them in a week. Well, he never showed nor will he answer any messages.
What can we do?

I just received an email that my post for a sale was removed. However, it is not clear for what the reason is. Please explain. It was posted and at one point, emails from letgo ceased. Then when I checked my account, I noticed 2 inquiries that I was not informed about.
I can't reply when people contact me. It just takes me back to the site.

My step-son Joshua Dasilva purchased an iPod and an iPhone 5 from user Savanna Alemar for $40.00 . Both items either do not work and or are locked. My step-son atempted to contact the seller and was blocked.
Not a bad deal, for $40, actually. What were you expecting? And you had the opportunity to verify expected condition/functionality of devices before following through with the transaction - but you chose not to, instead relying on trust, and perhaps a false expectation of recourse, in case that trust was violated - which it was. I have zero affiliation with Letgo, but as a neutral observer with plenty of buying and selling experience on the app, this incident was completely unworthy of escalation beyond the Letgo platform, and to be honest - given the nature of these types of transactions as well as Terms/Conditions reasonably set forth by Letgo - the accountability for an unsatisfactory outcome regarding this transaction falls squarely on you and your step-son.
Do account automatically get deleted by the server? Is that possible or is it a scam from.the seller side.

Someone named Alex Johnson gave me a bad review on let go for not selling him a vape. He is 15 and said he wasn't gonna tell his parents. I then reviewed him for asking for a way low price and the fact that he is 15 and wouldn't tell his parents. I am unsure if I need to call the cops or what

Ever heard of a "pocket dial" or text? Ever start to nod off with your phone in your hand while in an app, waking up to realize you had touched the screen accidentally, one or many times, in a conversation or not? Looks like you're using the desktop/computer version of Letgo, but have you ever had a smart phone with a touchscreen so cracked that it began to have a mind of it's own, making "ghost-touches" very rapidly and randomly without any way to control the chaotic activity except to hold the power off button until it shuts down? Can imagine several scenarios where a person might accidentally send one-touch Letgo template messages/responses repeatedly, and in excess, like seen in your situation. I highly doubt it was done deliberately. Don't sweat it man, and maybe think the situation through, even briefly, before interpreting it as something it's likely not, and then becoming personally offended by it and blowing the incident out of proportion to the point where you are becoming emotionally effected and then wasting your own and other people's time/energy by broadcasting your insignificant non-issue to the entire world on a public forum meant for resolution of serious and worthwhile complaints and grievances, often with significant financial loss and impact on their entire families.
