Lazada / can't cancel order!

I was working in Philippines and I lived there for two months. While I was there I ordered some goods from www.lazada.com.ph and was hoping for a quick delivery but my order did not arrive.
I waited for about a month and decided to cancel my order because it was already time for me to go back to my home country.
I contacted Lazada customer service and asked them to cancel my order and they agreed, but they never did anything and my order is still in process!!
This is absolutely appalling!! I need to cancel my order!

    Also, it must be noted that you only have until your order is shipped to cancel. If it's shipped, you can't cancel it anymore.

    Cancellation initiated, Your item(s) has been cancelled, Reason: system default reason.
    part is Delivered, one part has been Shipped and the other part is Processing.
    email stating you have been refunded. 30/09/2018 today is 12/30/18 still waiting for refund.
    and no one to talk to at LAZADA...ph
