you lost my documents and then lied to about several things and i'm ####ing pissed

All regarding claim of $510.00
You lied about contact me via email twice
I updated my phone number on your website and then you called the wrong cell number
You closed my claim twice and did not notify via letter like you said you were.
Your employee claimed I signed up via email notification which I never did.

Most importantly I faxed in my letter of opinion 2 months ago which I called and verified twice than you received. I faxed it in twice because you # always lose stuff.

You now want me to recreate everything I did 3 months ago receipts, dates, phone calls, and a summary of what happened because you lost everything and denied it. I have called 9 times over the last 3 months and and have the dates you lost the documentation I sent in via fax after I verified you received it how??? And then you tried to blame on me. After this incident is taken care of i'm taking my business elsewhere and will spread nothing but bad news about your company and cs dept. I will also file a claim with the better business buruea. I am most completely pissed off I have other things to do with my time like work besides write this bs. What in the hell is wrong with you people. Epic fail!!!

This is the 2nd major incident i've had with you guys. The first was in 2006 when I mailed in my mortage paperwork with signature confirmation and someone from your bank
