PriorityONE Credit Union of Florida

I've been a member with PriorityONE Credit Union of Florida since 2017. I've had numerous car loans and personal loans with them, and I've never failed to make my monthly payments on time for years. However, I see that there's a late payment reporting to all three credit bureaus on a personal loan that I had with them in 2019. On TransUnion, it's reporting that I was late in August. On Equifax, it's reporting that I was late in December. And on Experian, it's reporting that I was late in September. I don't know why there are three conflicting dates for these credit bureaus, but I would like these late payments removed. I've disputed this matter numerous times to PriorityONE directly and to the credit bureaus with no luck, not even a response that I can recall. I find it ridiculous that a member who has financed multiple vehicles and personal loans with this credit union, and has recommended countless people to this establishment and even gotten family members to sign up, can't get a positive outcome on a late payment removal. At this point, I'm ready to cancel my membership as a whole. This is my last outlet. If I can't get this matter settled, this will be the last loan I pay off with PriorityONE, and I will no longer finance my vehicles through them. I will close my member's account.
