They are horrible to deal with, Claudia is very snippy in emails, I had a genuine query, they assigned me a
Mystery shop ringing garages and told
Me to make up a persona but the garages would not help without a registration number for the car so I immediately emailed them and got a response from Claudia of I will get back to you, then a really unprofessional email saying I replied today and 2 days ago if you don’t complete I will cancel your shops and you will not get paid, I spent 30 minutes trying to complete these shops on Friday and no one got back to me expect to intimidate me 2 days later. Awful service and claudia is not a nice lady in her responses!
Desired outcome: They should be made reply to people nicely and advise on the mystery shops they do, not chastise people who are waiting for them to reply! Shame on you ISC

So I read the reviews of this company too late. I was asked to do 6 different service checks away from my home just in the past 5 days. The checks were on a rushed deadline so I agreed to do the checks as long as I was given pay to cover expenses. Agreed upon $390 for hotel stay for 3 nights, $100 for gas to get me to the locations that are 2,3,an 4 hours away, and $75 for food while gone. Now here is where the story really sucks...I am stuck away from home trying to get to the final service check with the already previous 4 checks submitted and 1 still waiting to upload and I am stuck, I am out of money and have been bugging them to pay me for the checks that I have done just so I can get home. This has ruined my Thanksgiving holiday and I am facing having to stay in a shelter because of this crap. I should have never agreed to do this. I am gonna be late on rent and I am completely broken by the lack of respect that I have been given.

International service Check company is a big fraud company. They just offer yiu a small amount and direct you to purchase from your own pocket. They even don't pay you for the completed and validated tasks after months. First they you fir your initial tasks but then they will never pay you and even dint even bother to respond you or update you about your payment status. I have been unpaid for validated18 services and audits even after 1 and half month. I have complained them several times but got no response.

Unpaid Service Check JULY 6,2021
I completed a service check on July 6, 2021. I had to pay out of pocket for the items which was a requirement of the shop $55 USD. My report was validated and received a very good rating. I have contacted the company 3 times and my emails and requests have been ignored. My payment is now over a month late. No one is responding. I will now have to file a charge back on my credit card against this purchase.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement of my required purchases

It's the time of the year where our Luxury shops pop out in droves! These Luxury shops have higher pay outs! It's a great way to get earning for browsing some of the popular and luxury brand names!
Please take a look at the list below, and let me know if you are interested in applying for any. These shops may have particular timeframes or evaluator profiles, please make you review them.
To apply, simply respond to the email and tell me what locations you would like to shop, and when you would like to go. Premium handbag shops are assigned as a circuit anywhere from 2-5 shops depending on the location.

On June 22nd I got any email from ISC saying I would get a $50 bonus to refer someone to do a shop. I got them to sign up and when they did they entered the wrong PayPal info. They emailed the scheduler not to soon after to ask to update this information but no response and they sent the payment threw anyhow on July 17th they sent the payment to him and of course it didn't go threw. They never even bothered to send me my bonus and my PayPal info was fine. I emailed asking why and I was told the scheduler suddenly left the company and the person who contacted me back was the Operations Manager and was just going threw her emails. I was then told accounting was out two weeks and I'd have to wait. I also mentioned the incorrect PayPal info for the person I referred and was told his account info had been updated. They told him it be a month before PayPal returned payment and then they could reissue it. It's been a month and now he is being told it could take another 3 weeks. I'm really starting to question the company and just how legit they are. So I finally received payment today but they didn't send payment to the person who actually completed the job. Either communication in this company is terrible or this company isn't all it says it is.

Working with these guys is pure luck and yes that is exactly what has been happening here:
First of all you have track your payment because when the job is done at time they will not add the payment in the list. This is troubling!
Their supervisors for Middle east Job HARDLY reply you emails, so if you have a doubt you completely on your own
Their supervisors will assign you jobs without asking you and will also remove the jobs even if you have spend from your pocket and again will never reply your emails.
So work with them with complete luck

Payments not received.
In the end of July current year, I have performed my first two service checks in Dubai. One in the cafe and the other in a restaurant, where I paid for 3 course dinner with the dessert and alcohol. I submitted my long and detailed reports on time, which were complemented and reviewed by ISC team as "Very Good".
Immediately after, I kept receiving new assignments, even through the phone call. I decided however, that I would not proceed with any new checks until I received the reimbursement of my first two I conducted. (I used a word "reimbursement" because it is not a payment - they will pay you only up to a certain amount stated previously in the assignment and this will not include the cost of transportation for instance). I wanted to see how this system worked. The same I have repeated to my Field Coordination Supervisor.
On September 1st, I wrote a letter enquiring about the coverage of my costs, to which I received a response to wait until the end of September, since supposedly checks payments are processed within 4 to 8 weeks.
As of to today I have not received any payment.
Sorry, this company practices seem unethical and unprofessional.

Un dépot de plainte sera déposé ce vendredi 22 janvier 2016 en Belgique, et tous les services d'inspection du travail et de répression vont être saisis afin d' obtenir les inspections necessaires, une condamnation juridique et financiere, et la fin de ces méthodes illégales. Il y a une dizaine de sociétés concurrentes qui respectent ses contrats, donc que les consultants et clients mystère aillent postuler ailleurs, et que les grands groupes confient leurs missions à d'autres sociétés, s'ils veulent des rapports conformes et non trafiqués, obtenus dans la légalité !

I did a mission for them last saturday in Belgium, for one hour, and completed an entire report, and not getting payed.
Scam!
Stay away from this company! They give unclear descriptions and let you pay out of pocket and then give you feedback as insufficient so they don't have to pay you but you had to conduct the test. When you contact them they are extremely rude and condescending and I have never worked with a company that is this unprofessional. After telling me my report was insufficient because I 'ordered the wrong thing' I contacted them and told them that they have to be more clear because I think it's their fault and instead they blamed the company and me for not reading. Stay away and don't waste your money or time on this company.
Fraud company
Company is a big fraudulent. It asks you to register and then if clear the certificate for the brands will send the candidate as service checker to those outlets and after completion of the check, will pay the candidate. But what exactly they are doing is they want the candidate to purchase something from the outlet and do such checks.
And when confirmed with them they said no earning in the work.

Be careful! I had a bad experience in Argentina. They did not pay for the visit. The emails do not respond. (The person who contacted me was Xiomara Romano and Claudia Lopez).
I have completed 3 evaluations for them and have had to contact them several times and pretty much beg for my payment, every time. Waited over 10 weeks for my last payment...no wonder they are always desperate for shoppers!
They also promised me "bonus" and then never paid it..I finally just gave up. Overall a bad experience and more of a scam than a straight forward mystery shopping company. Just don't waste your time with them.
I certify that ISC is very respectable company and they are paying in time, I used to work with them for two years and never let me down, once your report is OK and exactly follow the check guideline you must be paid in time without any delay, I believe those complaint from unqualified checkers whom not follow the guidelines and spoil the checks,
and even the writing here of clients name is not as per the rules you approved and signed for with them .
Earlier this year I performed Service Check nº 55910/6/8177975 at Vacheron Constantin 1749 Post Oak Blvd Houston, Texas on the Jan 24 2018. I have not been paid. I have done many many shop assignments for various company's that have paid promptly. I had answered Ann the questions on the report. I deserve to have payment. Actually as long as it has been I deserve more compensation. They really don't know how important their shoppers can be. My voice will be heard by many.
Most unfortunate that they refuse to pay. Beware of this deadbeat company.

In Russia, employees are not paid salaries. No one says anything. Help. They haven't paid for six months.
I registered with International Service Check and was asked to do four check at one shopping centre. They have rejected two checks for ridiculous reasons. One that it was done on the wrong day (I told them which day I'd be at the shopping centre and they allocated me this shop and the other was because II was supposed to have asked the staff about a woman's bag but this was a men's bag and coat shop. They refuse to engage in a dialogue and reply when I've politely asked to speak to their Line Manager. This is in the UK.

At INTERNATIONAL SERVICE CHECK, we take every step we can to accept a submitted evaluation. Cancelling a check without payment is time consuming and frustrating for all involved. However, we must adhere to the client’s requirements and in this case, a required purchase was missed. Since the client won’t accept the evaluation without that purchase (as detailed in the shopper documents) we were unable to pay for this particular evaluation.
In the future, if you ever have a question regarding a check or cancellation of one, please remember that we have multiple ways to contact us. We have a way to send a message straight through our website, you can respond directly to the email that was sent explaining the cancellation or you can email your Field Coordinator.
Also, please remember that the IC agreement signed states that client names are never to be shared with anyone at all, that includes social forums, such as this one.
well my friends, seriously all these feed backs, positive and negative give a person a headache, so i decided to try by myself and see what happen, if paid good, if not it will be considered as time pass and in all cases human being must eat, so i will try by myself and come back to you with my opinion, thank you a lot for your feed backs, but at the end and with all my respects, i cannot trust any feedback unless is mine.

I decided to recuse myself from these assignments - I think $6 is not enough for the amount of work that is expected.
Also, they wanted me to do a check in another part of the country, but weren't willing to pay fuel expenses.
Unfortunately I'm not that crazy about McD's.

I do not agree with the rubbish stated above, I have worked for International Service Check in the UK as a Checker/Mystery Shopper, I am certified as a Shopper/Checker by ISC to perform checks in 3 major international companies and to accomplish this you are supplied with information regarding the company which does include such things as details of their policies regarding dealing with the public and other extremely sensitive information not generally available. This is primarily done in order for the checker to notice even the smallest thing that does not follow company procedure. I have also confidentiality agreements in place, hence the reason I am not identifying the companies. To be quite brutal if someone has not been paid for a particular service check I would suspect that the assignment has not been done correctly. The parameters that you do an assignment in is usually set by the company being checked often to identify whether staff follow company procedure in a certain area. To the person that is claiming not been paid in 11 month, I do not believe anyone would continue working for a company if they have not been paid for 1 month let alone 11, if you did regular assingments for this period without being paid then simply you are an idiot. if you didn't work in the11months then what is it you expect to be paid for ? watching Daytime TV ?
On the website where you can log in to see your details or enter results of an assignment, there is a screen that lists in date order ALL of the jobs assigned to you and their current status including whether you have been paid for it and the reason why if you have not. I can guarantee to any person considering work with International Service Check in the UK that they are a legitimate internationally recognised company in the customer care market in many countries, I obviously cannot comment on other countries specifically, but my advice to people in USA would be to double check that you are actually working for International Service Check and not some scam company that has duplicated their website for some reason best known to them, as for the life of me I cannot see what major financial advantage there would be for the real company OR a person who is running a scam by sending a "checker" to a store to purchase something and not pay them or refund any purchase made. in the 8 years + I have worked with this company I can count the number of purchases made as a requirement for the task on my fingers & toes. Whilst I am basing my opinion on how the UK company works, as an international company I am sure that the procedures I have to follow with ICS would be the same worldwide whether you work in Accra, Ghana or Brooklyn or Beverly Hills. didn't notice on here many comments on what you have done to try to resolve so assume it is nothing, so perhaps you might like to try asking the person that is supposedly not paying you for work instead of appearing like an idiot making bold irrational claims of fraud in the internet. I don't know of anyone who has ever been paid money they are legitimately owed by ranting about it here, probably you should think yourself lucky they have not taken legal action against you liable !¬
