I signed up for Dish network through Infinity.com with a $200 gift card promotion. However, I didn't receive the gift card as promised within 90 days. I started the process to resolve the issue with Infinity, but I kept getting excuses from different customer service representatives. It felt like a scam! My Dish account number is ***.

On 06/08/22, I placed an order for *** from INFINITY DISH ***. About 2 hours later, I called back to cancel the *** package. The representative assured me that I would receive a refund, but I haven't heard anything about it until now. On 07/19/22, I contacted Infinity and they told me to call DISH Satellite @ ***. So, I called them on 07/19/22 and the representative informed me that Infinity is responsible for my refund. I came across some blog posts about Infinity where others had been scammed just like me. I really hope you can assist me with this. The transaction date was 06/08/2022 and the amount was ***. The company, Infinity Dish, is refusing to give me my refund and claims that Dish Satellite should be the one to refund me. My bank account clearly shows that Infinity Dish withdrew the money. Thank you in advance.

On 10/21, I called in response to an ad that promised a $200 gift card if I installed DISH service. I explained that I needed four specific channels, including TCM. The DISH representative, who I later found out was from ISG, managed to get all the channels except TCM. He assured me that the installation technician could add TCM later. However, when the technician arrived, he informed me that I could only get TCM if I switched to a channel package that cost an additional $26 per month! I was quite disappointed.

After about 6 weeks, I realized that the promised gift card had not arrived. I contacted Dish to report the missing card, and they finally provided me with ISG's name and number. It was the first time I had heard of them. When I called ISG, they informed me that they never offer $200 gift cards and that their largest cards are only worth $100. I was frustrated and asked them to send me the requirements for obtaining the card. I completed all the necessary steps and sent the documents back to ISG.

However, when I called ISG on 3/21 to inquire about the gift card, they informed me that they had received all my documents. They did mention that the pages of my recent Dish bill were not acceptable because it was an autopay (e-mail) bill. This was quite confusing to me since it was the only bill I received!

Overall, my experience with ISG has been quite frustrating. The miscommunication regarding the gift card and the confusion about the billing requirements have left me feeling dissatisfied. I hope they can resolve these issues and provide better clarity to their customers in the future.
