I was contracted by Weatherby to provide my services for their hospital clients. The contract was supposed to cover my travel expenses. It's been 6 weeks now and I still haven't received any reimbursement for my travel. They keep giving me the runaround.

I signed up for a job opening 'bout 10 years ago but I ain't never stopped gettin' lots of messages from the company every week. I done asked 'em many times over the phone or email to take me off their list, but they keep on sendin' me more messages.

I been gettin' called (sometimes more than once a day) for locum tenens gigs for a while now. I done told 'em on the phone to take me off their dang list, but now I done given up on pickin' up them calls. Every time I block one number, they just call me from another one. It's startin' to get real annoyin'.

Weatherby Locums, Inc. is constantly messaging me from various phone numbers with job offers that seem suspicious, even though I clearly stated that I am not a doctor and have repeatedly requested to be removed from their contact list. I block one number, only to receive another text from a different one. The individuals signing off on these messages go by names like *** and ***.

Weatherby Locums, Inc. keeps texting me about job opportunities even though I've told them many times to stop. In just one year, they've sent me 5 different messages, and I've asked them to quit every single time. I've blocked their numbers, but they keep using new ones to bother me.

I've been harassed by Weatherby Healthcare for years. They keep spamming me multiple times a day with their calls, emails, and constant unsolicited messages. I've unsubscribed from their emails, and I've told them on the phone that I ain't interested and to quit calling me. I'm registered with the national do not call list. I just want them to leave me alone and stop the unwanted harassment.

I've lost count of the times I've asked them to take me off their calling list (Nehiya Kahook, Lisa McNulty, and recently Ana Gill), recently told will remove and "they reactive your file." I would like my data to be permanently and irreversibly removed from their system. As the others have echoed "I've lost count of the times I've asked them to take me off their calling list and they continue to call and leave messages."

Weatherby Locums, Inc. has been harassing me for over twelve years with job offers despite my numerous requests to take me off their lists and services. I have asked, I have demanded, one time I even yelled. It is infuriating to continue receiving incessant texts multiple times per week for years and years. If you respond, they only text you more. This is true harassment. Where is the recompense? Why are they allowed to continue doing this? As if we are not busy and drained enough in our jobs and our lives. Get out of my life, Weatherby. Delete my number. I have asked you a hundred times. Now I simply delete them, but I am so tired of it.

This locums agency has very aggressive representatives who continue to harass me despite my very clear request to be removed from their lists. On 8/11, I received a phone call from Brian Murray with Weatherby. He called and when I didn't answer, texted me. I responded for him to please remove me from his list. Instead, he sent me an email to my personal email address also continuing to contact me. There is no where on the Weatherby website to request removal from a mailing list or calling list option. There was no where in Brian Murray's email to ask to be unsubscribed either. This is not the first time this company has ignored my request to be left alone, this occurred back in 2016 and clearly they have decided enough time has passed and have started up again.
