Inteletravel / They didn't pay commissions

I signed the contract with Inteletravel 9 months ago. I worked for them and within 2 months I got my commission. But after that the manager found many excuses, faint promises and etc., but I didn’t get the commission. It was useless to call the manager, because he lied to you and promised money or was busy and didn’t have time to speak with you. Be careful and if such situation happens with you, find good attorney.

    The longtime manger of InteleTravel is a woman and there are no other complaints of travel commissions not being paid anywhere online despite many thousands of agents at InteleTravel. They also have an A rating from better business bureau. This report doesn't smell right.

    I joined InteleTravel in March 2016, I looked into it and found its nothing like they explained, it was way too much time needed and money, So I tried calling to cancel my contract I never got a response. I even tried calling the agents who signed me up, they said I was on my own. I asked about the cancellation when first joined and it was suppose to be that i can cancel @ anytime and if within 30 days i can get my money back but the people who brought me in wouldn't respond to my text or contact me about the cancellation. Now its April of 2016, I've done business before and never had such a hard time with getting out of something that i don't want, I wanted it done before they take more money out of my account for something I'm not able to put money or time into. I just want out.

    I noticed a post stating there are no other complaints about Inteletravel not paying commissions, well, here's one. I joined in 2014, currently still a member as they have failed to pay me my commissions from Bookings in August 2016 (6 months ago) and I am still optimistically clinging to a forlorn hope that they may yet have the integrity to pay me my commissions. I have had to enquire re: progress of commission payments several times, thus far have received barely enough to cover my subscription fees. By my estimations there is still about $1000 outstanding in non paid commissions. Whilst suppliers can sometimes be tardy in their remittances, 6 months is beyond a joke, and the many emails I have sent seeking follow up simply remain unanswered. They are lightening fast in taking fees, yet far less efficient at paying out the commissions, and totally fail to respond to email enquiries. I am beginning to smell a rat here, will start looking elsewhere for a host agency that is prepared to earn their fees.

    Inteletravel does not vet its potential employees, therefore hiring people who have convictions of theft, forgery and fraud. Furthermore, Inteletravel (per conversations with manager Crystal) refuses to release this criminal from their travel agency. This agent Inteletravel refuses to release has stolen from people in 9 states. Please, consider these factors before choosing to do business with Inteletravel.
