HTC / htc one x9 / jovitronix service agent
I purchased an HTC One X9 mobile and after 5 months a battery problem came up ( the mobile turns off at any battery level), I sent the phone to HTC agent in Egypt Jovitronix and it is still there for more than a month and a half (since 07/10/2017), I don't know why it took them too long to change the battery!! all what I get as an answer is that the battery is not available till now and the customer service employee doesn't know any information about the device and has no way to contact the maintenance center except using e-mail which they don't answer.
This is an official complaint about HTC phones and JOVITRONIX (HTC agent in Egypt)., I bought that phone to make my work and life easier, you are wasting my time and I WANT MY MONEY BACK
