Homechoice / home choice / extremely bad [protected]@#$%$ service

My name is William I have been bothered by home choice consultants asking me to place order week in week out since a have credit on my account and I eventually ended up ordering HI sense 40 inch LED TV. Confirmation was sent via sms but then suddenly after 7 days was told my order was cancelled, if I phone customer service consultants will just respond and say (they have no idea is anything else?) what kind of a treatment is this. I will never ever buy anything from home choice its [protected]@%$^@^
