Hertzrental car

I rented a Hertz car through a third party and arrived early to pick up (was able to get earlier flight). However, it does not pay to be early. Your attendant (or your inflexible policy) did not allow a two hour early pick up. If I returned it two hours late, I would get charged extra, so I do not understand why a little more money could not fix this problem.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in Houston, TX I love spending time with my 3 year old daughter, but not in a rental car facility after a flight. I will not be using the third party service again, and will not be using Hertz again unless something is done. I booked through hotwire itinerary # [protected]. The reservation was for 1/17 at midnight under Charles Balka. I do not have rental number because I have not been able to get the car yet. This was at your Intercontinental airport site.
