Groupon.com / awful customer service, no resolution to problems

Bought some Groupons recently and was surprised when I went to check out the business. The area was definitely NOT what was expected. I contacted Groupon customer support and was told that they spoke directly with the business, and that the business "guaranteed" that all was okay and as stated in the Groupons. When I called the business myself, I was told that they could not guarantee anything, because it all depends on availability when I book. So I emailed Groupon customer support agai, and was basically told to [censored] Off, you can choose to either use the Groupon or give them away. Awful customer service, no resolution to problems! Incredibly disappointed with overall experience.
