GrabCar / GrabTaxi / the support and the grab service itself


Grab sent multiple promo code that never worked. According to the promo I'll be getting a discount but the driver will asked you to pay the full amount (it happened several times. I already sent a feedback/complaint to their support but a guy named Lawrence told me that there was no code keyed in. Please see screenshot attached as a proof that there was a code that has been accepted by the app. This is annoying, they're fooling consumers.
