I just wanted to escalate this concern to the concerned team. This experience has been my worst customer service experience by far. I am a 6-year employee of our company with a net-pay of 300K+ and would be informed that my salary is not sufficient on the plan 1799? Where's the math there? I have attempted to give Globe Telecommunications a chance despite of the negative reviews I've seen. I will never be a Globe customer anymore and will make sure that this experience will be shared across!
