I was in the store to use their money transfer department but there was a handwritten sign that said they'll be back in 15 minutes. The time past so I decided to ask for a manager regarding the fact that they had no one running their desk during regular business hours. He said the Customer service rep was on a break so I replied that during this time you should have a temporary replacement. He assisting manager became very defensive and loud with me when I told him that I would follow up with this he said he didn't care and that I should go right ahead.
